This is a great unit. It is supposed to automatically delete false alarms like door openers after 3 times past the location. I am not finding that happens that often. I also find that their app on my phone is of little use. It needs some improvement and more people using the app so it can be more informative like WAZE

I still like the Brydge but the upgraded version of this, the MAX (not sold at Best Buy yet). I will probably get that at some point. No point in paying for the older model.
