Got two of these. The tech guy in the store caused a small scratch while installing, so I was offered a replacement. Since a new one was discounted to only $5 I decided to leave it and keep the new one in the event the scratched one fails. All I can say is if a store employee puts on the screen protector for you, make sure he/she really is experienced in doing so. The screen protector is glass and very delicate.

Small installation problem

Same installer as for the washer. (See my review.) Installer did not properly secure the vent hose to the dryer. As a result, there was lint dust pouring out behind the dryer. Luckily we caught this when my husband was working on the water valves for the washer. The fix just involved securing and tightening the clamp on the vent hose to the dryer exhaust.

"DuraGlass - Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy A21 - Clear", please be advised that there are multiple A21's, so why not identify from A21 5G, A21+ 5G, A21 Ultra 5G? I don't want to order online and find out that it's not right.

I appreciate simplicity and often wash cloths on a favorite setting. Do not want to always be pushing a bunch of buttons for each load. Would you say this has an ease of use for repeating the same type of cycle or do you have to go back to pushing buttons
It's very simple. Select the kind of wash you are doing. (I use Normal for most loads.) Power on, select Spin, Water Temp and Soil Level. Push and hold start button. If you are the only one using the washer, the settings are remembered. However, many loads change - like for hot or cold water, delicates, whites with bleach, towels, heavily soiled work clothes, comforters, etc. I like having the choices. Very easy to change as the load dictates.

how quiet is the machine compared to other models?
Our washer and dryer are in a "laundry closet" very close to the living room behind bifold doors. When you install the washer, you need to make sure there is enough space behind the washer so that the water lines don't touch the back of the machine. Otherwise, the vibration of the machine causes the water lines to bang on the back. We had to do a little finagling to do this in such a limited space. We use the "FAST" spin on the clothes so that they come out much drier. When we finally got the washer properly positioned, it is not very loud when the doors are closed. The initial spin cycle can be a little noisy, but as soon as the fast spin gets going, it it is much quieter. No washer or dryer is going to be silent, but at least I don't have to raise the volume on the TV.
