Machine is good, delivery services not so great.

We do like the LG Washer. Works absolutely fine so far.
When we ordered it, we asked also for removal of the old washer and were told that is no problem.
On the delivery day, 10 minutes for the new machine to arrive, we received a call that they cannot take the old washer away because they would not have enough room on the truck. Seems a bit strange, they deliver one, they should have free room to take another one away.
They will have to schedule a different day for taking the old machine away which we did. Well, that day passed an nobody showed up. We had to call, were told that we did not pay for taking the machine away which they found out is not correct as it shows on the confirmation number. Scheduled another day, but somebody would have to be home for signing.
The new machine is great so far, the whole handling we are not exactly thrilled about.
