I only had this printer for a 3 weeks so far after my HP did not work any longer. I followed their hardware reset option found online four times and it returned the same error message. Email request to HP for help were not answered. I also got sick of buying the expensive cartridges for the HP printer and was fed up with constant printer maintenance on the HP which could easily take longer than the print itself.
The Epson was easy to set up and via Ethernet, I'm happy with the print quality and I expect it to be more cost efficient with the tanks.
