Another action packed, nail biting, Good confronts Evil season leading up to the final season Eleven. How can they bring all of this mayhem to a close is anyone's guess, with this being another season of surviving while searching for a final and safe home. This tenth season has everything you've come to expect from TWD done as well as any season before it which is to say that you either love it or have tired of it. It is what it is and I have enjoyed strategizing and grieving along with the survivors. Are you up to the challenges ahead?

Sure, it's just another superhero background story, it is just that -- and so much more! GOTHAM could just as easily be called HOW BATMAN CAME TO BE, butt it's also a how The Penguin, Joker (NOT the movie Joker), and Riddler came to be. Unlike background series structured closely to SMALLVILLE (ARROW, FLASH, ETC), GOTHAM does not stick to the villain-of-the-week formula, but instead follows ongoing story lines which gives a dark seriousness to the education of Bruce Wayne. Perfect for binging so you don't have to maintain interest and memory spacing the tale out in one hour per week increments. The guest stars are creatively cast (PeeWee Herman in Gotham?!) And the production values are stunning -- and did you notice the price?! So what are you waiting for?!

Difficult But A Relevent Truth

This is not an easy film to sit through, but the truth it tells must not be forgotten. Racial profiling justified by bigotry left unchecked and given a license to kill results in a history of horrors against humanity. This film was executed so well that it is near impossible to watch, but if we turn away from witnessing the beast, we will remain powerless to stop it. You only have to turn on broadcast news to realize that this is true.

I bought this one because I missed it during it's theatrical release and I wanted to be prepared for ENDGAME. You could nap during the middle hour of ENDGAME and you wouldn't be missing much, but not true for INFINITY WAR. This adventure is jam packed with action and conflict from start to finish. This was, to quote the cliche, AWESOME! I look forward to taking this disc for another ride and then filing it for it's superior standout shelf space between AGE OF ULTRON and the far weaker ENDGAME when it does get it's bluray release -- only because I'll eventually need to complete the set, right?

Miscast but still fun

Tom Hardy's New York accent sounds like an Italian goombah, and Michelle Williams' effort come across like Betty Boop. As a result they both sound too uneducated to be believable as TV news reporters. That said, the story, the humor and the outrageous special effects make for great wicked fun. When was the last time you saw a superhero who feeds off of live human brains?
