The return of a Capcom classic

"Resident Evil with samurais" was probably the most common description for the Onimusha series. Like its sister series, Onimusha featured bygone gaming designs like fixed-camera angles, pre-rendered backgrounds, and tank controls. Capcom married these three elements into many of their games, creating fantastic and epic titles that still hold up today. While newer gamers may take some time getting used to these design choices, veteran players will feel very familiar with the setup and find their groove as they hack and slash the demonic hordes in this feudal era-inspired action-horror. Everything has been given a nice HD touch, though this does reveal some glaring graphical limitations, but the aim is to present the game in a perfected format rather than achieving the fidelity of modern-day titles. The biggest change however comes in the music, which has been remade from the ground up due to events concerning the original chief musician for the game. However, the new soundtrack remains largely faithful to the feel of the original, and the original sound effects are still present and accounted for. The Trophy/Honors the game now boast will surely challenge old and new players to put their skills to the test.
Here's hoping Capcom brings the series back to life with a new installment.

The Wild West sandbox returns, better than ever!

The original Red Dead Redemption was a masterpiece that captured the style of classic western films while serving up a fun amount of action-filled gameplay, all told through a powerful and emotional journey of its key protagonist, John Marston.
RDR2 dials back the clock 12 years, to long before John embarked on a quest to save his family. Arthur Morgan takes the lead this time around, in the final days of the Dutch Van Der Linde gang as they struggle to find their place in a world that seeks the end of all outlaws.
The gunplay is as solid as the original Redemption, now boasting a wider selection of weapons, all with extensive customization options that allow for both greater firepower, as well as giving players a personal touch to their arsenal. Additionally, RPG elements allow for Morgan to grow stronger and become a better gunslinger, with a variety of options that can boost the player's skills to new heights.
Hunting also returns, and is far more fleshed out than it was in the original RDR. With nearly 200 kinds of animals to hunt and kill with your extensive collection of weapons, collecting pelts and other animal parts offers all the thrills of real-life hunting without any of the risk or harm to actual animals. Furthermore, the numerous upgrades that can be unlocked by claiming intact pelts will entice many players to spend hours in the virtual wilderness.
RDR2 still suffers from some of the technical hiccups that plagued its predecessor, such as glitches and touchy controls. Thankfully, there are many options to tailor one's experience and make the game more manageable. Regardless, the masterfully-written story and solid gameplay will surely consume many a player's time for weeks to come.

The classic series returns

After a handful of spinoff titles and a Japanese-only release for the tenth game, Dragon Quest XI marks the return of the iconic JRPG series after several years since it's ninth installment on the Nintendo DS.
You are the Luminary, a hero of prophecy. However, there are those who do no see your presence as beneficial to the world, and thus begins a perilous adventure to fulfill your destiny against mounting odds. Along the way, you'll assemble a party consisting of a reformed thief named Erik, twin sisters Veronica and Serena, and many more.
Combat in DQ11 will be somewhat familiar to returning fans, it's still turned-based, but now with the option to freely run around the battleground as you pummel slimes and other beasts. A revamped skill system allows you to customize your party to your liking, favoring preferred skills/weapons over others in order to obtain powers and abilities ahead of others.
Much like the eighth installment way back on the PlayStation 2, the game features full voice-acting, giving the game a kind of medieval fair-like vibe.
If you're a fan of the series, you will not be disappointed with this entry.

A near-perfect Spidey experience

For nearly FIFTEEN years, Spider-Man 2 for the PS2, original Xbox, and GameCube was the reigning king of Spider-man video games. It featured web-slinging that, until now, was unsurpassed by any other game made after. Enter Insomniac's amazing take on the wall-crawler, as he faces the greatest challenge in his 8-year career as a masked hero.
Simple and intuitive, the game's web-slinging will make you feel like you're Spider-man as the amazingly well-crafted intro cinematic seamlessly transitions into the swinging, thrusting you headlong into an amazing adventure that rivals, and in some ways, surpasses the six feature films about our favorite web-head.
Combat takes a cue from the pages of not only the many previous Spider-man titles, but also the successful Batman Arkham series, boasting a surprisingly deep system that will see you webbing up enemies and dishing out punishment to the many wicked foes infesting the virtual Big Apple. With a variety of gadgets, costume powers, and various skills that blend perfectly together, every fight will feel as pulse-pounding as anything seen in the movies.
A few bugs, and some questionable difficulty spikes, there's not a lot to fault the game that isn't outweighed by the sheer fun of swinging around Manhattan and laying the beat down on thugs. And this is only the beginning of what could very well be a series to surpass the previously mentioned Arkham games and redefine the superhero video game.

Avatar: The Last Airbender blends top-quality animation with fantastic music, excellent voice acting, and the wondrous mythologies of multiple Asian cultures to create a show that stands among the numerous anime it takes inspiration from.
The tale of Aang, the last of the Airbending Nomads and his journey to fully realize his potential and save a world on the brink of destruction at the fiery hands of the Fire Nation is full of charming characters, great laughs, and a complex maturity that can appeal to the youngest of children and even the oldest of adults. If you're a fan of Kung Fu films, anime, or just feel like there aren't any good action cartoons these days, The Last Airbender is sure to scratch that itch.

alright so lets say I have this on digital because its a ps+ exclusive game, if I bought the disk version so I wouldn't have to pay $14.99/month, would I have my data saved? or would the disk just make a new game?

Yes, you would still keep your saves. The subscription to Plus ending would mean no longer having the perks of the cloud backup. The only time it wouldn't work is if you were playing the vanilla version of a game on PS+, but swapped to the physical release of the GOTY edition, though in some cases it may still work.

Repel demonic invaders in the Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition for the PlayStation 4. Its added suite of Devil Breaker Weapons provides cool new ways for players to engage enemies, and brand-new live-action cutscenes bring the story to life. The Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition includes previous games' music for added nostalgic fun.

Are we going to be able to pre order it anytime soon?

As I understand, the Deluxe edition was limited, however it is a great item full of fun extras, such as the "live-action scenes" which retell the in-game cutscenes being performed by the game's Japanese staff.
