Took 'em twice, but they persevered and got it done and in. 5 stars for the result and the persistence. The first unit, at the first try, one of the top bolts wouldn't thread the nut, so no fault there.

This is a nice thing. I like the glass surface for the touchpad controls, the enameled interior, and how the door closes gently but solidly. I have turned off the signal sounds, so I have one less thing beeping at me in the kitchen. I find these thoughtful touches in a mid-priced appliance.

My old fridge was so loud I could hear it run virtually everywhere in the house. This LG has a low hum that is a welcome relief. Very quiet. It is true that the ice maker when filling is cartoonishly loud, but that lasts but a few seconds, so is inconsequential. Nice interior layout and a solid unit throughout. And for those of us who rely on frozen vegetables, tall cans of Guinness fit perfectly in the crisper drawers.
