The Egift card is sent to your email with directions how to download and print out to use either in-store or online. Not sure if the Best Buy in your area is fully open as of yet, but they do carry an assortment of physical gift cards that can be purchased online for in-store curbside pick up.

How do you remove the top from the carafe. It is not hinged. It snaps. For us it is very difficult to remove the top. We are afraid of breaking the thin plastic carafe top? Is there an easy way of doing this?
Hold carafe by handle use thumb on same hand to open lid use other hand to grab lid while open and tilt twist wrist and it pops off with ease. You wont break the lid it is very durable. My last machine and pot lasted 5 years. I bought the same exact one and I'm still using the old pot and lid. Hope this helps
