Very fast, but limited upgrade-ability

I bought this for my elderly mother, who uses it mainly for the Internet, Zoom, and writing stories in Word and Publisher.
This PC runs nearly as fast as you can think. From power-off, it boots to a login screen in 16s, and faster from sleep. As soon as the login screen appears, it's ready to log in; put in your password and the desktop instantly appears (even with two DisplayPort screens), with startup programs loaded. (My Intel 6900 PC, which was fast for its time, takes much longer.) Word, Excel, even Publisher, load immediately on clicking them. The WiFi reception is also strong (despite no external antennas) and fast.
The only downside I can find with this system is that it's not very upgrade-able. The front USB 3.x ports are not at currently-available speeds (USB-A 10Gbps, and its only USB-C is 5Gbps). The four ports in the back are all USB-A 2.0. There is only one internal drive bay, one open X1 PCIe slot (i.e., small, and the wrong orientation for Thunderbolt or USB 3.2 cards), and two RAM slots (which are already filled).
Basically, if you want a very fast computer and you don't plan to upgrade it (my mother will be quite happy with this system for years), this is a great system. If you want to keep current with whatever is coming out there, look for something with more open bays and slots, and up-to-date ports.

Fast and feature-rich, but confusing

This unit delivers the goods with Google TV. No issues with how many services it can connect to. And, it's quite fast and responsive. It would be a lot better, though, if the remote was bigger with buttons that say more - the icons are quite confusing, for example, the Power button is NOT for the Chromecast itself but for the TV. Also, when you first switch to the Chromecast input on the TV, the TV screen is blank, and it is unsure which button you need to press to wake up the Chromecast. I finally figured out I can just press the indented circle at the top. All of this could be helped with better instructions, but it comes only with a tiny booklet of how to connect it - and this booklet does not tell you the craziness you have to go through on-screen to get it fully configured and connected, including how you have to plug it into an actual wall power source rather than your TV's USB power - fortunately, I have an IT background so I could figure out what it wanted, but I pity the poor grandmothers of the world who try to install this on their own... Even so, once it is configured and connected, and once you figure out how to wake it up, it works like a charm...

Cute movie, but bittersweet

Perfection in a phone mounting unit

After using one for a while, bought a second. Have one permanently in my car on top of the dashboard, use the other one when I rent a car. Elevates the phone so I can see it while looking straight out the windshield - no distracted looking-down. The sticky plate holds for years. Much better than units that attach to the vents, as those tend to fall down given the weight of the phone - this one holds the phone exactly in place even during long trips. If I need more such units, this is the one I'll buy!

Professional and friendly

For this review, I have copied what I wrote about our haul-away service, since both parts were done at the same date and time and by the same drivers.
We had scheduled haul-away and install for the same day. (We had received the unit a few days earlier. It could not be installed at that time due to plumbing issues, which were fixed by this time.) We even got an email from Best Buy indicating that the service that was scheduled for that date and that time would include both elements.
When the truck showed up, the drivers were confused, as their "orders" told them ONLY to install, and they said they had zero room on the truck to haul-away. Furthermore, they seemed quite adamant about coming into the house and doing the install regardless of not hauling-away first. Needless to say, I did not even let them in. Since the install couldn't happen without the haul-away happening first, they got back in their truck, called their supervisor, and left. The supervisor contacted me with a bad attitude, blaming me as though I had no right even to have someone haul-away the old unit - and she only backed down when I reminded her that I had PAID for that service, and then she was like "oh...."
I got a second call later on from another supervisor, who re-scheduled both the haul-away and the install for the same time later that day. When this second set of drivers (different from the first) came later that day, THEY were confused, as they expected only to haul-away and not install. (Opposite from the first drivers.) They were also genuinely surprised to learn that the first truck had even been sent at all, since it was too full to do the haul-away. But, this second set of drivers did do both parts, and they did them without complaint and professionally and with a helpful and friendly attitude.
So, I give this whole rating three stars - one star for the first truck and their supervisor, and five stars for the second truck (who were friendly and accommodating) and their supervisor.

Does this washer come with a drain hose. The Best Buy website says it does not. The Lowes website says it does come with a drain hose. The GE Operations manual says it does come with a hose that will reach 5 ' high. The HomeDepot site does not specify.
We purchased this unit (GTW465ASNWW) through Best Buy, and we also purchased the installation service. (And the haul-away service.) When the unit arrived, we got a new drain hose with it. I do not know, however, if the new drain hose came with the unit itself, or as part of the installation service. Given that page 18 of the Owner's Manual and Installation Instructions (downloadable) does show the drain hose and related parts to connect it, my guess is that it came with the unit. If you purchase the Best Buy installation, you will probably have the same experience we did, i.e., getting the drain hose one way or the other, plus you'll get two new water cables. You can also purchase a haul-away service from Best Buy for your old washer.

How many hours of battery back up approximately does this have?
The unit is officially rated at 10.4 minutes at 210W, with 1 minute at full load. However, for my entertainment system setup (TV, sound bar, cable box, cable router, extra router, Blueray player), it tells me that it will run for around 15 minutes, and that I'm only using around 20% of the battery power (which would be around 100W).
