We ordered a tv for a friend who is totally blind. That’s why we ordered a smart tv with Alexa. Our friend could use the television using the Alexa voice for the tv shows as well as the program guide.
When the first person arrived from the geek squad, he didn’t even know how to set up alexa . I had to call the Best Buy in her area to get someone in advance tech to come to her home the next day. This shouldn’t have happened. I told customer service over & over that our friend is totally blind and they should make sure alexa would work with the television.
