The Bose frames are very simple to setup. It has good sound for small speakers. Wish it had some kind of strap or something to hold the Bose Frames in place. I would like Bose to design a clear lens for indoor use. Overall, I would recommend the Bose Frames.

Yes, you can talk on the phone using your Bose frames. All you have to do is press the button on the right side of the lens to answer calls. You can as k google or Siri to place your calls.
