Not a lot of talk around these, but they definitely deserve some recognition.
Clarity is excellent. Out of the box, comparted to new Sony WF-1000XM4, the JBL have a bit better imaging and soundstage. Highs are crisp, but not sibilant. Mids are full and engaging. Bass is very impressive and digs super-deep in the sub-bass region, giving you some serious thunder.
Touch controls are responsive and can be customized to a degree in the App. The App also has EQ presets or you can fully customize with a 10-band EQ. Compared to last year's Club Pro+, these have slightly better sound, fit more securely due to the silicone fins & shape, a better touch controls (perhaps due to the larger touch surface).

The specs are fantastic and the look is super sleek. However, when I first powered it up I saw some fairly bad backlight bleed. Not only that, but the trackpad was wobbly/loose and would make rattling sounds when I would simply tap on the trackpad.
Dell really needs to tighten up the QC before shipping these out.
Assuming you can get a good build, this is an otherwise great laptop.

I have both this and the ANC version. As far as pure SQ, these sound a slight bit better than the ANC version in overall frequency extension throughout the range. The downside, obviously, is they are semi-open and don't cancel out any noise. They are perfect for the gym where I do need to maintain some awareness.

Another thing to add, is the sound card is incredible. It's a Realtek chip and simply identified as "Realtek High Definition Audio", but nevertheless, it makes my Audio-Technica MSR-7b shine!

This is seriously pretty cheap if you do the price match. The 3070 has more than 100w in this model and 360hz screen is sweet. The only thing I would complain is the fan noise. The fan sounds like a desperate woman screaming. Overall, I would suggest this laptop, even though the performance is not Alienware’s strength, the outlook of this laptop is sick.
