Good product BUT I must say that the load balancing issue is annoying. I spent hours trying to figuring it out thinking my washer was defective.
You aren't going to just throw and load in, press a few buttons, and walk away. NO! You will need to properly distribute the weight to ensure your machine doesn't attempt to tip itself over. I don't remember having this issue with my old dryer, but maybe that what killed it, haha.
