Almost great

Ive been a netgear faithful since I was in high school. My latest router purchased in 2018 took a poop. Outside of the increase in performance over the years of wifi evolving in general, the netgears software stayed lack luster for years making it easily out classed by competitors.
I'm happy to say the software and features are greatly improved. The mobile app is nice too. Only thing missing STILL is setting internet access schedules and content restrictions target certain devices. These setting appear to be system wide :/
Maybe in the next firmware update

Google Pixel 4 is the phone made the Google way. Its camera takes a perfect shot every time, even when it's dark out. Great phone but even better service

I ordered this phone as a gift for my wife. I already own one myself, but her Essential Phone is on its last leg after a few falls needed to be replaced. Luckily I caught this on sale and saved almost $400. Anyway, we moved recently and this smart guy forgot to change the shipping address before ordering. By the time I realized it (the next day) it was too late and had been shipped. I called customer service and they attempted to intercept the package but no success. On delivery date we attempted to get the package from the old address but the resident claimed not to have received it (surprise) although online tracking indicated that it was received.
I called customer service back to explained the situation again, and before I could finish they told me they'd send another one, AT NO CHARGE!
Got the phone a few days later and my wife and I are happy. I typically use a variety of resources to shop online, but Best Buy be will be my first stop going forward.
They earned my loyalty.
Oh, and it's the best pure Android phone on the market (along with Essential, RIP) , by far.
