I’ve written this as a review before, whenever I buy a big ticket item. I’ve only had to use it once - to replace a malfunctioning Osmo gimbal a year or 18 months after initial purchase.
There were no questions asked, just a “we’ll take care of it” and I received, not only a new Osmo, but an upgrade, because it was the latest model.

I’m basing my 1 star review off of my coworker’s recent experience, and it is what is keeping me from hitting “Redeem Now” on this free 4-month offer of Sirius.
This coworker has been a loyal Sirius customer/subscriber for over a decade, & recently, they discovered they were being charged for 2 subscriptions. A phone call at the beginning of the year seemed to have resolved the error…until last week. More instances of double-billing, and based on the raised voice I heard in their office, customer service was less than helpful.
Free is fine, but I do NOT want to go through the hassle of cancelling billing when the free period is over. If just as soon not give them my credit card info, thanks.

If you want to protect your investment because your budget isn't what it used to be (thanks inflation) then the extra cost of this product replacement is something you should seriously consider. I have had to use this policy once before, on a DJI gimbal I owned. After about 2 years, it started to act up, and for all intents and purposes, became useless. I took it back to Best Buy, and within a week I not only had a replacement at no additional cost, but the gimbal I received was the latest version. Definitely worth the money!

Purchased this as a gift for Mother's Day. The Circuit arrived well-packaged and unboxing was easy (and exciting, to be honest.) My mom loves this thing. There is a learning curve - as there is with most worthwhile tools/tech - but the items she's creating with it are simply awesome. The software (Design Space) that partners with the Circuit is good for what it is, but highly recommend designing in something like Adobe Illustrator or Procreate first, then importing.
Also, keep in mind this will take up a good chunk of desk space, so in order to maximize the real estate on my mom's desk, I purchased a printer stand from Amazon. It now sits about chest-height, and no space is lost beneath it. My mom uses several organizers for Cricut tools and the paper she uses for its projects all fit neatly beneath the stand. Additional investment, yes, but in my view, a necessary one.

Yes it is two pieces. The flexible rubber goes on first, followed by the hard shell. I just posted a review about this, and specifically cite how I'd prefer the flexible portion to fit much more snugly than it does. The material feels cheaper than Otterbox used to use, and it's noticeable.

All you should have to pay for is the shipping (around $6 I think?) I haven't had to use this yet, but I began filing a claim just to test it, and it appears to be relatively simple and painless.
