It was only a matter of time before insurance for phones would be necessary - the only drawback/criticism I have of AppleCare+ is that it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to add the Theft Protection after I left the store the day of the purchase. They tell you that you can add it without issue, just so long as it's within a two week window after purchase.
After multiple tries, phone calls, and chat sessions with Apple, NONE OF THE REPS UNDERSTOOD I wanted to add the Theft Protection. All they're capable of doing is telling you to go through the Settings on your iPhone and view your care plan.
I don't want to just view it, I want to ADD TO IT. But alas, I've never been able to, so I'll just have to cross my fingers I don't become a theft statistic.

I rate it 5 stars because it works and is well made.
HOWEVER, I should NOT have to buy this at all - this was a purchase I was forced to make after I upgraded to the iPhone 13. Instead of including everything you need to actually use your phone, the power adapter is sold separately.
WHY?
Are we really moving towards a retail world where soon, the phone's battery will be sold separately, too? And then you'll have to make an appointment for a specialist to install it? Seems far-fetched, but not too long ago, the power adapter WAS included in your purchase...

Typically I rate Otterbox higher, but lately I've noticed the "fit" on the rubberized portion of their products doesn't fit as well as it used to. For example, on the left side, where it protects the volume buttons, the elasticity is such that you can pull the rubber away with a fingernail quite easily. This allows dust and moisture in more regularly/easily than I'd like.
For the price Otterbox likes to charge, the fit on their protective cases should be much tighter. I only justify the purchase by the fact that Best Buy honors the price match, where I find the same product offered on Amazon (usually at least $10 to $15 cheaper) but I receive points for purchasing through Best Buy. The next time I upgrade, I'll give serious though to another brand.

This little desktop is MIGHTY. Purchased as a gift for someone who uses multiple memory-intense programs - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop - on a large Wacom screen. The Mac mini is a veritable powerhouse that chews through it all without lag. The only reason I docked a star from my review is my frustration with no longer being able to use my thumb and/or fingerprint to unlock my phone. My previous iPhone - the 7 Plus - had it, but now it's been done away with in favor of Face ID.
Call me old-school, but I don't want a literal scan of my face on a database somewhere. I am not naive, I'm sure it exists on several due to our world of 24/7 surveillance, but Apple should allow users the option of using the thumbprint. (Granted, my argument is pretty much moot, because there's hardly anything more personal than one's fingerprints.) Still, I find it very inconvenient to revert to a passcode. I refuse to set up the Face ID.

I purchased this printer for the purposes of creating foil artwork and greeting cards.
It is VERY large, so bear that in mind if your desk space is limited - this is especially important if, like me, you'll be using thicker paper, which requires the manual feed pass through, so you'll need space in front AND in back of the printer.
Printing over WiFi is a lifesaver, since I didn't have room to keep the printer in my office. Setup and connecting it for the first time was fairly simple, though I do recommend having a USB connection for initial setup; once WiFi connection is established, you can do away with the cord. Printing is quiet and fast, but I do wish the touch screen was larger than two postage stamps. If you have large fingers forget it; mine are small and I still feel tempted to use a stylus.
My only concern going forward is replenishing toner; in a world of built-in obsolescence, I'm hoping that one day I don't go to order toner, only to find it's been discontinued because there are 50 new options, and mine has been done away with.
All in all, a solid, reliable laser printer. A little higher than what I initially wanted to pay, but it's an investment in my business.

Is this two pieces?
Yes it is two pieces. The flexible rubber goes on first, followed by the hard shell. I just posted a review about this, and specifically cite how I'd prefer the flexible portion to fit much more snugly than it does. The material feels cheaper than Otterbox used to use, and it's noticeable.

If you have your receipt, go to Zagg.com, create a profile, and register the screen. Then make a claim to have it replaced through their lifetime warranty. All you should have to pay for is the shipping (around $6 I think?) I haven't had to use this yet, but I began filing a claim just to test it, and it appears to be relatively simple and painless.
