We saw this kit on sale and bought it because we had a $5 certificate that was due to expire. Turned out to be a great decision! We didn't know what we were missing until we tried these. All my kids thought the finger position was more natural with the trigger extensions installed. We think the Xbox 360 controller has better overall ergonomics than the Dualshock 3 but these little doodads make it a closer contest. Most surprising is the fact that these have never popped off accidentally,

Great accessory to have!

This charger has been one of my favorite gaming purchases. I don't think it charges particularly fast (3-4 hours) but it's much more convenient than plugging the USB cables into the PS3. Unlike the LED indicators on the controllers, I can easily see the charging status from any angle and distance--the clear plastic housing at each charge port glows red when charging and turns green when charging is complete.
My only gripe is that it often takes a few tries to plug the controller in because it's easy to judge the angle incorrectly, especially the kids. Still, this thing is awesome and I'm going to buy another.

Good build quality, but lacking features

I probably have 5 headlamps and while the build quality on this one is quite good, there are some things that keep this from being my go-to. One, I don't like having to cycle through every mode to turn it on/off--there is no mode memory or separate switches for primary (white) and secondary (red, green) lighting. Secondly, I really like having a very dim option for the white light, which this does not have. Also, the battery life isn't as good as my other 3×AAA lights despite the output being similar. On the positive side, it does seem pretty rugged and i like the rubber casing. I haven't tested the waterproofing, but I expect it could handle shallow submersion just fine. I let the kids use this for camping and it's great for them but not the best choice for me.

The ten-episode story spans from 1942 during the group's training to the conclusion of fighting in Europe, and focuses on the experiences and tribulations of the individuals fighting for the Stars and Stripes in addition to important events such as D-Day and the liberation of Holocaust survivors. The series features stars including Damian Lewis (Homeland), Ron Livingston (Office Space), Donnie Wahlberg and Michael Fassbender.

This is probably the best WW2 dramatic presentation I've ever seen. I've been a war movie buff since childhood and also loved series like Combat, Tour of Duty, and even the cheesy Black Sheep Squadron. Band of Brothers is something to behold, basically a huge movie broken up into episodes. Based on a true story, it's enhanced by interviews with some of the actual soldiers portrayed in the series.

This movie may be a bit controversial among fans (I personally thought it was too derivative), but this steelbook presentation is a winner! Beautiful artwork on the case, and every disc has artwork as well, which is nice considering the growing trend of plain title graphics on some discs (especially DVDs in a combo pack).

When I was young, I thought the animation in this movie was weak. Now, with all the computer-animated films that dominate this era, I have a newfound appreciation for this hand-drawn stuff. My family loves the characters and music in this movie and the blu-ray looks great for what it is--I just wish Disney would get with the times and include digital code with all their movies.

Another disappointing release from the DCEU

I've been a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and was hoping that this team-up movie would finally put DC on the map in a similar way, but the theatrical edition had too much content that left me either scratching my head or just plain disinterested.
The Ultimate Edition, while longer than I'd like, helped clear up some of my confusion from the theatrical edition but in the end, my takeaway for this movie, as with several of Zack Snyder's films, was that it was too much style over substance. While some parts were enjoyable, the film didn't have the depth to make a second viewing worthwhile for me.
Since the rating is for the overall blu-ray product and not simply a film review, I give this one 3 stars, owing it ability to show off the capabilities of a good home theater.

Best DC movie so far!

Due to the fact that my wife was finally willing to watch a superhero film with me, I decided to shell out the money to see this in the theater and was blown away. Upon a second viewing at home, I was not quite as impressed (mostly due to some issues with the last act of the film), but I still love this movie and the disc presentation is excellent. We've rewatched this with our older kids several times and it has not gotten old.

A not-so-great movie with oh-so-great video/audio

I've was an X-men fan long before these big-budget films were made so I was immensely excited when Fox released the first movie in 2000 and greenlit all the sequels. Unfortunately, for me, I rank Apocalypse in the bottom three of the entire series. Despite some bright points, there was too much focus on eye candy and much of the storyline just felt stale.
The audiovisual presentation, however, is outstanding. I ranked the movie itself as three stars and then added a star to its overall rating as a product due the blu-ray's room-exploding soundtrack and astounding picture.

I first tried a 500GB 860 EVO and when I saw how it breathed new life into my 14 year-old laptop, I bought this 1TB version for our newer Lenovo. I was surprised to see such a performance boost on the Lenovo, especially since it had been equipped with a respectable 7200rpm hard drive. The most noticeable improvements are in boot time and multi-tab internet browsing speed. I love this thing!
