I have always used Samsung phones since 2012! For years I never really had any issues with my previous phones but the S23+ I got last year is not as good as my last phone which was S9. I Used my S9 for years very durable and reliable. But now, only 7 months in my S23+ keeps crashing. I wonder why. I expected it to be far better kinda sad about the issue to be honest. I still love Samsung though!

I have not used this product that long it has not been a year yet but it keeps shutting down and disconnects from my device. I am never able to connect it with my macbook as well. Was too busy to report the issue never got a chance to call anyone at customer service for this. And haven't used it lately:-(

Why won’t they connect to my server so I can check for updates and update if needed? I have a iphone
I believe it is just the system of the buds itself.
And with it being a Samsung accessory for Iphone could be a bit of a challenge to connect. They should still work though just not very easy to get them connected. Always refresh your phone refresh the buds
