There is additional open shelf under the tabletop, and the cabinet has 2 side storage cabinets with 2 storage cubbies in the middle. Moreover, the middle shelf can be adjusted 3 positions (1.3'' each), and there are cable holes in the back panel to help you organize your wires. The adjustable foot pads at the bottom of the TV cabinet make it more stable.

Gorgeous in my living room. Plenty of room for what I have, 50" TV, soundbar, blu-ray player and X-Box one. Door storage is great for controller, games, etc. Without middle support legs, I would not use it for an older tube TV, just a note for "vintage gamers".

I bought this for the XBox One. I can't speak for use with the newest XBox, but for One it is great. 5TB is room for a lot of games. The games will play from the hard drive. It's small enough that it fits on the shelf, without being unsightly. ONE WARNING: When removing from the package, the plastic shell is two pieces, NOT a hinged "clamshell" design, so when you pull the two tabs to open it the hard drive will fall out. So open it over a table, so it doesn't fall to the floor.
