Hard to say goodbye to our over 5 year old printer that was a great printer but, due to a hurricane dropping a tree in our home and us unable to get to the copy machine, the inkjet printer sat for months and the ink dried up in it. This had me considering a laser printer so, I bit the bullet and got one. Now, for 4 years, I'm worry free. I know I'm protected if this copy/printer has any issues. I've had electronics go out on me within only a few weeks, months and a year. The only time I didn't get a protection plan was for the one a couple of weeks. I even threw the receipt away! Lesson learned!

It's Small But Does a Big Job!

4 Years With No Worries!

Imagine not having to worry about your purchase for 4 years because you bought a protection plan! If you end up not needing it, you know you at least got your money out of your purchase. Imagine that you didn't and 2 years down the road it goes out. Those pennies a day you would have spent are now going to cost you the full price of another one.

This USB cable is still going strong! It is much better than some of the more expensive ones that don't last a year! I will be buying these from now on. We need a tough cable for our lifestyle of constantly on the go. We like these so much that my husband and I each have one by our chair, on each side of our bed, in our vehicles and ones for on the road to visit family, play gigs or vacations.

This Vac Did Over 1000 sq ft In One Charge!

I've used this vac twice and so far, I'm very pleased. The trash tank and water tank are a great size! I almost stopped it a few times to empty it because my other robot vac ends up cluttered with my GSD's constant shedding and leaves fur bunnies all over the floor if I haven't used it in a couple days. This one did the whole area and still had room in the trash bin. I'm not a fan of white appliances and such but, the docking station is nice.
The only negative I have is the mop pad. Seems a little thin to do a good mopping like the blue Braava Jet pad does. I mopped once with this one and the floor felt clean but it wasn't very dirty.
We are in the middle of a remodel so, guess time will tell if the mopping pad is a plus or minus.

My little friends! These pads work great! I use them and the washable ones at least twice a week. They save me from major cleanings each week. When my dogs are in and out on rainy days, these are used to clean their messy prints. These pads absorb a lot of soil and still clean PLUS, they smell great! Not overpowering but clean. Know What You Are Selling!

The rating is low because this was NOT what I explained I needed in a printer. Companies need to provide more information on their products to help the salesman given us correct information.
When I returned this printer which did not have 3 of the functions I asked for. I did settle knowing it didn't have duplex coping but after I got home and called HP, they told me about the other two functions that I wanted but did not get. Glad I didn't open the box. I tried again when I returned this printer and even Google didn't help the second salesman find information on other printers so I left out of the store and when I returned home, I called individual companies myself until I found the one I wanted that was available. This was not a pleasant experience!

As for the printer. If I was not looking for specific features, this printer would have been great! I've heard many good things about it. If you don't need duplex printing, paper tray or reduction/ enlarge print, this would be a great printer.

What is the difference between the blue and peach brava cleaning pads?
Brava sprays more water using the BLUE pad than the ORANGE pad. Brava does not use any water when using the WHITE pad. The WHITE pad is a dusting pad and Braava moves in a constant forward direction until an object is in the way. NO back and forth motion. The ORANGE pads would be great for an area without much traffic or maybe wooden floors.
