This is the worst soundbar ever!

Vertical surround engine doesn't work! Vertical sound is garbage! Makes everything way too loud. And don't you dare you I need those rear surround speakers. I already spent $900 on a frickin' soundbar for friggin' sake! Why can't things be simple and just work. This is crud. I mean is it really necessary to immersive surround sound. That's what Movie Theaters are for. Vertical surround makes everything sound worse, not better. Terrible sound quality and completely frustrating to use. Uneven levels of sound quality, constantly shifting between way too quiet and way too loud. Piece or junk.

I give this streaming device no stars, because it's terrible. When you watch a movie on Netflix or VUDU in 1080p resolution, this box tries to put it on Dolby Vision, this is wrong on all levels. Also it tries to put the movie in Dolby Atmos also wrong. It also makes your sound bar cut out. This is one of the the worst electronic product, I have ever bought. Also no phone support from Roku. They also want you to pay for on line support, again wrong on all levels. I will be returning this terrible device tomorrow.

MY Roku Ultra 2020 doesn't have a HDR Always on Setting or an Advance Setting Menu

Very disappointed in this TV. Waited half of 2021 for this release. WILL NOT DO proper 4K 120HZ on PC, I had enabled the Enhanced HDMI format, using a verified 8K HDMI cable and still looks blurry. 60hz mode looks perfect but 100hz and 120hz will not display properly. I bought this TV primary to be able to play games at 120hz via my PC with the latest RTX 3000 series graphics card. Updated to latest software update and still same issue.

Should just use the tv speakers. This system is not worth the money or the hassle of set up. It’s not comparable with a Sony tv. The remote resets the tv if your not careful.

TERRIBLE. STAY CLEAR from this product. Bad sync issues with TV.
After complaining to Sony, they had me send it to the laboratory TWICE where they weren't able to fix the issue. Sent emails and spent hours on the phone waiting for answers but it wasn't helpful. Eventually gave up.
Look it up on Google - everyone whos purchased this item complains about it later.

This movie is undeniably hilarious, however the other contents of the blu ray leave something wanting. The extras are somewhat lame (when are they not?).
But the worst thing about this disc is that it has literally 10 minutes of previews that you are forced to watch EVERY TIME you play the disc. This is almost unbearable. One time after accidentally hitting stop while watching the movie, I had to wait 10 minutes before I could get back to where I had been. I almost returned the disc after this incident, I was so annoyed.

Guess I got unlucky and received a defective disc (4K Disc). Movie gets to about chapter 6 and locks up. Have tried it on another player of different brand, same problem. Had to pop in the regular Bluray disc to finish the movie, it being my first time seeing it, but without the HDR and 4K quality.

When I have this Sony soundbar (HTZ9F) hooked up to a Sony X950H TV , it frequently stops working and and now it has completely stopped working! Why is that? What should I do?

I can't get 4K picture quality from 4K discs on my Sony 4K TV and this Sony 4K Blu-Ray player to look as good as everyone always claims it is? How come everyone else can get good 4K Picture quality but me?

Even when properly paired and the wireless receiver showed a solid green light, I got no sound from the rear speakers . I tried watching some 7.1 channel content and I got No sound from the rear surround speakers then either. not for any content at all.
