Not sure why there are so many glowing reviews of this tablet. It does update to Android 10, but after that it's not a good product. Sluggish and underpowered are the words that come to mind when I think about using this tablet. I often found myself putting this tablet down and going back to my phone (p30 pro).
I picked up this tablet on sale for $160, so I'm not expecting it to win any races. With that said, to have several seconds between touching the screen and having a response is just not acceptable.
All I wanted this to do is stream content, read books, and access my fantasy football app. It simply can not do those things. I do not recommend this for anyone. Save your money and buy a better tablet.

My wife and I had purchased this exact model about 6 months ago and it's been great. More recently we purchased two more for our parents, so we could see them while keeping socially distant.
Setup is a breeze. My non-techy parents had it up and running in about 10-15 minutes. An Amazon account will need to be created if you don't already have one. No worries though, it's free!!
Once set up, the voice recognition software starts learning the way you speak and gets better the more it's used. The video call quality is dependent on your internet connection. When used with a reliable and speedy connection, the video quality is excellent. We have 400/400Mbps and it's smooth as butter.
We also like the recipe suggestions, we try a new one every week. Sometimes that results in takeout, but it's still fun.
I also like that we could create our own album for the screen saver. There's even more, such as quiz games, the convenience of having Alexa to remind me that I ordered dog food 3 weeks ago and should probably order more, and the list just keeps going.
The echo show has been perfect for us and I would definitely purchase again.

Not exactly a glamorous product, but it works. It's actually a universal kit that comes with all necessary adapters. Too bad no one told the installer from bestbuy that. He couldn't figure it out and left my range disconnected in the middle of my kitchen.

Gas Range Installation (Non-Regulated)

The delivery/installation people were nice, but they weren't qualified to install a gas range. When we purchased our new gas range we were required to purchase a new universal gas range install kit. After approx 25 minutes of struggling with said install kit, our installation person declared that an additional adapter was needed and that he couldn't complete the install. He said that Bestbuy should have made sure we had everything required to complete the installation.
So he and his helper leave our new range in the middle of the kitchen and go about the rest of their deliveries.
I'm a contractor, I am quite capable of installing my own gas range, but I opted for installation because I didn't feel like having to do it after a long day. Regardless of what I do for a living, we paid for a service that this third party was incapable of performing.
So I ended up having to do my install. It didn't take long, but it was aggravating having to add that to an already long day. The best part about doing my own install was that I didn't have to buy some phantom adapter, the installation tech had it upside down (bigger diameter end) and that's why it didn't fit. I spent less than two minutes to dry-fit (no yellow tape or pipe dope) everything together.
I can't believe that the person who was in my house was anywhere near a gas range and responsible for hooking it up.

In short, I highly recommend that customers get their own install person. We'll continue to shop at Bestbuy, but we'll never use their installation services again. Our experience was great when it was at the store level, meaning that only Bestbuy was involved. Once outside factors came into play, and their third party delivery/installation team was involved our experience was disappointing.
Also of note, the actual product we ordered (LG gas range) is fantastic

This range is amazing. The burners, oven, and broiler heat evenly and quickly. Our old range had trouble keeping the proper temperature on the respective burners. It was so hard to keep something at a simmer instead of boiling. I have had zero problems with that so far with our new range. If I set the burner on low I no longer have to worry about it boiling, it actually heats my sauces without scorching them.
The oven is a dream too. It's huge, 3 racks, so I can cook whatever I want AND I can cook the sides, or rolls, or both. Another awesome feature is that the oven doubles as an air fryer. Yes, you read that correctly, the oven is an air fryer - woot woot!
A separate pan is needed for said air frying, but it beats the heckout of having to use those tiny (and not cheap) air fryers that can only fry 4oz of food at a time. Fresh crispy fries anyone?? The only downside with the oven is the storage drawer. LG made the storage drawer smaller in order to make the oven space so large. The space had to come from somewhere so I get it, but just be aware of that if you need the extra storage space.
Oh and it connects to Wi-Fi, which might not sound like a big deal, but it will give you an alert on your phone when your range is in use. This could be especially useful for parents with younger kids, so you know if they're messing around with something they shouldn't. I'm sure there's a lot more function than that with the LG app, but I haven't had a chance to play around with it yet. I only know about the alert thing because my wife texted me when I turned the oven on. We love our new range, and we 100% recommend it to anyonelooking to replace their current one.

I owned this mouse for about 6 months, used it daily as an engineering student. Great while it lasted. Went home for Christmas, worked fine one night then was completely useless the next. Did everything I could to save it, uninstalled drivers, rebooted my computer, even read a bible verse or two. Nothing. Extremely disappointed as I liked this mouse (while it was working) but now, it is a glorified paperweight. Save your receipt so you can pull the warranty card if you need it, not happy with how this product has performed.

Your review could have been written by me, minus the engineering part. I purchased this mouse in October 2018 and one week ago, April 2019, it's completely unresponsive. I too tried the steps you mentioned, and I came away with the same result. My theory is that the bluetooth radio is where Platinum (ironically) cheaped out. I have other bluetooth devices that connect to my laptop flawlessly, but when I turn on my mouse it doesn't even register. I tried deleting and pairing again, but nothing. It's a shame too because it feels like a nice mouse, and it's not cheap. Very disappointed with this product. I would no longer recommend. $50 is too much money for a mouse that only lasted 6 months, and I am someone who takes very good care of my things.
