Overall an okay quality dryer. Some cycles finish before clothes are completely dried and have to a time dry. Clothes also seem to be shrinking more than from other dryers I have used, even when turning heat settings down. Do like the steam functions

Not draining properly

Having a lot of issues draining water. After each cycle there is free standing water in the machine and I have to hit the "drain and spin" function before moving it to the dryer. Maytag has not been working with me to send a replacement. For over $800 I dont want part replacements, I want a new product

Where can you purchase a drying rack for shoes for this model? I can't seem to find options anywhere. When I google dryer racks, the only ones I am seeing are for LG dryers. Any link or suggestions on which places have them would be great. Thanks!
