Best buy? More like MEH BUY

Just like the harry potter set. The odds if finding one that isn't damaged is sparse at best. It arrived in box the same size as the item. Had MASSIVE dents and scratches. Tried to exchange it for a better one...every single one they had at the store was damaged as well. Before I left, I noticed an employee putting them back on the shelf for someone else to buy. Like "who cares if the product is in trash condition, as long as we get the money". The set itself is ok, but no special features since it's only 4k discs and no standard Bluray. It would be worth it if I was in decent condition. Otherwise it's just another example of best buy sorely needing competition in the home video market.

Great movie, not so best buy

Arrived COVERED in dents. It was still in the wrapping. The inner plastic part of the spine was cracked as well. No spine slash though.

Bought two copies, went to pick up, both had spine slash. Employee check to see if there were other copies. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAD SPINE SLASH. I ended up not buying them. As i left. He had put them back on the shelf...so some other customers (who are less savy than i) will buy those, take them home, take off the plastic just to be given the chioce of "do i just deal with my collectible being damaged or drive back to best buy to return it?" This is assuming any best buy will have copies that aren't slashed as well. If someone who works for bwst buy is reading this and is able to acctully do something about it. Please for the love of all that is holy and unholy, google "best buy spine slash" and help us do something about this. Its been happening for years.

The set itself is very nice. However, with the steelbooks taken out, the shelf case is not super sturdy. Also, because it came from best buy, it did have scratches on the top. They looked like...you guessed it...a box cutter. Its spinegate all over again. Its really the fault of the manufacturer because it was under the plastic wrap. Although best buy does nothing to prevent it. But its a nice set if your willing to gamble on the condition. It was packed well when i recieved it.

this movie was such a let down. the trailer gave it this "big lebowski", "fargo" sorta vibe, and it wants to be clever, but i didn't laugh the entire way through. Katlin Olsen is in it for about 2 min. i love all the actors in this movie, but they are wasted on such a boring script. Eberts way down.

great price for 5 movies, quality is horrible. only the 5th movie (Jason Bourne) looks good. the other 4 have heavy video noise. standard bluray for the first 3 actually looks better. the packaging is also unnecessarily large. looks ridiculous on the shelf with other movies. they easily could have used a jumbo book i.e. harry potter 8 film collection.
