I have to say, the movie itself is 5 stars, absolutely. This particular 4K disc from Fox could have been better in my opinion. The sound is good, but not upgraded to Dolby Atmos 7.1. It is English DTS 5.1 and there are other languages as well to select from.
The picture, well, it looks soft for a 4K disc. Predator from the same year looks good on the 4K, but I think Fox didn't do this movie anything buy putting it on 4K.
I compared the Blu-ray version and there is little to no difference. I wouldn't recommend getting this unless you do not have it at all.
Special Features are good and brought over from previous editions.
There is audio commentary and subtitles as well. Classic movie from 1987 that deserves better for UHD.

Beautifully done and looks outstanding in UHD 4K! This is the slipcover version, 3 discs total. You get the 4K disc, the Blu-ray disc, and a Blu-ray with special features. All discs have different artwork and there is a slipcover with this one as well. I was fortunate enough to get the steel book version of this one. That is outstanding, too. If you are a steel book collector, try and get that. Another great release! Both picture and sound are fantastic! This edition comes with the Dolby Atmos 7.1 audio selection as well as ~ English 2.0 French 5.1 Spanish 2.0 Subtitles ~ English French Spanish (Latin America)

This is by far the best version Steel book to date. Lionsgate did an outstanding job overall. The graphics inside and out are spectacular. My prior Steel book looks boring now compared to this one. The movie itself still looks great in 4K on the 4K HDR TV and Sony 4K player. Only the Theatrical version of the movie is on the 4K disc. The other 2 versions, the Special Edition and the Extended Edition, which is the longest, are on the Blu-ray as well as all the other special features brought over from previous editions. I believe all of them are on here. The menus are great also with motion and music. The only minus I would say is that it is not in Dolby Atmos 7.1. We have the DTS HD 5.1. Still, if you play it through your audio system or soundbar, which is what I have, it sounds awesome.
The Terminator returns in this explosive action-adventure spectacle. Sarah Connor, John's mother, a quintessential survivor has been institutionalized for her warning of the nuclear holocaust she knows is inevitable. Together, the threesome must find a way to stop the ultimate enemy-the T-1000, the most lethal Terminator ever created.

This is a review for the 4K/Blu-ray/Digital version that has been out for a little while now. This 2-disc set is the restored version, which looks like they did a pretty good job on it. I saw no dirt or specks of any kind throughout.
The 4K disc itself only has the Theatrical version on it with English DTS 5.1 audio and other languages as well. There is also subtitle selections here, too. Time is 2 hrs. 17 min.
The Blu-ray has all the special features including The Theatrical ~ 2 hrs., 17 min. Special Edition - 2 hrs., 33 min. Extended Special Edition - 2 hrs. 35 min., 55 seconds. All of these versions have audio selections and are English DTS 5.1
The Blu-ray has all the special features as well: T2: Reprogramming the Terminator - Documentary from 1993 54 min. Deleted scenes with audio commentary from James Cameron, Robert Patrick, Linda Hamilton, T-1000's search Future Coda
Trailers: 2017 This Time There are Two Same Make, New Mission Building the Perfect Arnold
There is no 3D version in the particular package, I wish the audio was Dolby Atmos 7.1 and all three versions were on the 4K disc itself.
I am not sure if we are going to get another version or upgrade from this current version.
Maybe by 2026 they can do another upgrade to this movie, A current example is The Thing from John Carpenter.
But, James Cameron, who directed this, has not even got his other good movies on 4K as of this writing~ Titanic (1997) The Abyss (1989) True Lies (1994) Aliens (1986)

Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins star in Shawshank Redemption, now in glorious UHD 4K! They are both sentenced to Shawshank prison for tough crimes. Shawshank is the toughest prison run by a ruthless warden and his legion of officers. I recommend this movie, but it is not for younger viewers under 16 in my opinion. Severe language and prison violence.
Texas, 1870 Ex-Confederate officer turned traveling news reader Jefferson Kidd (Tom Hanks) agreed to take charge of a semi-feral 10-year-old girl (Helena Zengel)-newly freed from an upbringing with the Kiowa-and deliver her to her surviving relatives in Coatesville. Their journey through a territory fraught with political tension, as well as more palpable peril, is colorfully recounted in this take on the Paulette Jiles western novel from Paul Greengrass; Mare Winningham, Elizabeth Marvel co-star. 118 min. Tom Hanks stars as a former Civil War veteran trying to make a living on his own by reading NEWS stories from around the Country to little towns or cities that he can travel to. On his way to one he discovers a turned over wagon with goods on its side. He ventures forward carefully, but has to get out as he sees something very disturbing to him. He then realizes that there is a little girl hiding in the bushes not far from it. He goes through the wagon and its contents to discover she was being brought to her next of kin. He must then take on the responsibility on his own to deliver the girl to her blood relatives. It doesn't work out when she is finally united with them, and Tom's character doesn't think twice about making her his own stepdaughter. It is a fabulous story, one of which will make you wonder as to how many of these stories did in fact happen years after the Civil War in America during the Reconstruction period.
The movie looks and sounds utterly fantastic in UHD 4K. Get this one folks, you won't be disappointed in its storyline and acting.
Based on the massively popular video game franchise, this adrenaline-pumping adventure stars martial arts superstar Jean-Claude Van Damme (Double Impact, Kickboxer) as Colonel Guile, who leads an international strike force against the mad General M. Bison (Raul Julia - The Addams Family, Presumed Innocent). Bison, who has hatched an evil plan for world domination, takes dozens of relief workers hostage and gives the world only 72 hours to respond to his twisted demands. In that time, Guile must find the captives and confront Bison in an electrifying battle for the fate of the free world. Along the way Guile recruits intelligence officer Cammy, reporter and martial arts expert Chun-LI, two young con men Ken and Ryu, and a sumo wrestler E. Honda.

Love the steel book! Great video game movie. The artwork on this is just fabulous and it looks great in HD Blu-ray. There are some new featurettes and other special features here to add to the movie. Van Damme and Raul Julia star in this 1994 adventure.

Outstanding steelbook for Total Recall to date! THIS is the Ultimate Edition for this movie and the artwork on this one is for keeps. Kudos to the artists! The movie looks really good on 4K UHD and the sound is great also. Blu-ray of special features included which makes this a 3-disc set. Menus are fantastic with easy selections. Highly recommended!

~ Denzel is outstanding as the new football coach!

Denzel Washington, one of my favorite actors, plays a High School football coach that comes in during the segregation period and convinces the football team they must work together to be successful. He succeeds in all his goals there, but not without controversy and the usual shade thrown his way from the current football coaching staff. It's a must see at least once in your lifetime. I do recommend it, but not for kids younger than 12. Blu-ray is good, with decent sound, but no special features pretty much just the movie.
Obviously, everybody was waiting for Avengers: Infinity War, but, we were also curious to know what would happen after that. It was up to Ant-man and the Wasp to bring us back from those devastating events. It was also obvious that anything in comparison would seem diminished. But, if you give it a chance, you will see that this movie is as a larger than life adventure to awe and entertain everybody. The steelbook presentation is as big a collector's item as the movie. So it is highly recommended to get them both
I am a big Marvel fan as well since 2008's IRON MAN. In this particular movie, it was never "up to" ANT MAN and THE WASP to bring us back from the events of THANOS using the Gauntlet with the INFINITY STONES. That event actually took place at the very end of the movie when ANT MAN himself was in the Quantum Realm. Dr. Pym, his wife, and THE WASP were all on the rooftop when, bam!, SNAP of the Gauntlet took place in RAWANDA where THOR and many of the AVENGERS were, including BLACK PANTHER. It's going to be up to CAPTAIN MARVEL and the rest of the surviving AVENGERS to take on THANOS and devise a plan to go back in time.
I purchased this title for the Steelbook packaging as advertised on the BB web site. It is NOT the steelbook, but the older Metal-Pak packaging. Be wary if you only want the steelbook.
Yes, it's a revised edition of the original one put out. They did this right before the Sequel EQUALIZER 2 came out to make some extra $$ for those that did not have it to begin with. I was not fooled by it. lol
Test your skills against the classics with this Arcade1Up Atari arcade cabinet. Its 12 titles let you explore hours of retro-style gaming, and the 17-inch full-color display, sounds and authentic controls amplify the experience. The original artwork and upright design of this Arcade1Up Atari arcade cabinet create a stunning focal point in game room displays.

Could be awesome with a couple improvements. But..
ByRobertfromMN
The trackball is very nice and the buttons are okay, but the spinner is pure garbage. It's a hollow plastic thing that you can literally FEEL mechanically bumping a switch to register rotation. If you're familiar with an actual arcade spinner, it's a hefty metal knob connected to a disc with holes, with optical sensors peeking through them. That ain't what you're getting here. Every "bump" or two moves you to the next segment in Tempest; the software is able to animate your thing "crawling", but the spinner device resolution is so poor that it just doesn't happen.
The video resolution is very poor (like, 800x600 or worse, by my visual estimation), which makes for a lot of visible jaggies on the "vector" games. The monitor is roughly 13.25x10.5 inches, so the vertical games have unused real estate on the sides. Tempest, strangely, seems letterboxed on all four sides.
Missile Command and Liberator play pretty well. Quantum is nearly unplayable because the trackball sensitivity is set too low, whereas Centipede and Millipede seem like the trackball sensitivity is set just a bit too HIGH.
Lunar Lander doesn't use either of the available analog controls for thrust, so that leaves you tapping a button to pulse-thrust, which isn't how the arcade machine worked.
Button placement is okay for everything except Gravitar and the two Asteroids games, just because the tractor beam / hyperspace button is "C", NEXT TO the rotation buttons, rather than below them where your thumb could reach.
Sound is pretty good; it's just a single speaker and the volume control is a 3-position switch though, so don't get your hopes up too much.
I haven't assembled the cabinet yet, but there's no way this could be a solid $400 value unless the spinner control was as solid and authentic as the trackball is, and the graphics were at least as good at simulating a vector display as a 15-year-old laptop running MAME can.
So, you come on here and give a review of an item that you haven't even assembled yet? LOL You should assemble it, play it, and then take notes afterward,
Originally made for cable television, this imaginative biopic chronicles the life of Marilyn Monroe (Mira Sorvino), including the years before she changed her name from Norma Jean Baker (Ashley Judd) and was transformed into the screen persona that made her a legendary sex symbol. The movie employs unconventional, dream-like storytelling techniques in which Marilyn and her former self, Norma Jean, frequently appear in scenes together, with Norma Jean often taunting Marilyn for not living up to her earlier aspirations. Many facets of Monroe's life are examined, including her childhood and adolescence when Norma Jean had to live with foster families because of her mother's psychological problems. In addition to referencing Monroe's work on such films as Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953), The Seven Year Itch (1955), and Some Like It Hot (1959), the movie explores her marriages to baseball great Joe DiMaggio (Peter Dobson) and famous playwright Arthur Miller (David Dukes), and her romances, including her purported relationship with U.S. President John F. Kennedy (Steven Culp). The film also offers a hard-hitting look at Monroe's struggle with drug- and alcohol-dependency.

Norma Jean and Marilyn is a film that shows the two sides of Her life and deep emotional pain she endured. This Film Shows Her Addiction to Downers and alcohol. This Films also shows her constant battle with her self that has never been show to the public.
I would NOT recommend this TO ANY MARILYN FAN at all. It is complete and utter garbage. If you REALLY want to see what Marilyn was like, look at the handful of ACTUAL DOCUMENTARIES that are out there with her voice attached in it in some fashion. THE LEGEND OF MARILYN MONROE, THE FINAL DAYS, THE MORTAL GODDESS.
This set features all three movies from the groundbreaking sci-fi franchise. Great Packaging for a Trilogy!
ByKJT4B
Pros: I love it when they put a trilogy or anthology in steelbook packaging, especially a single case like this! As a collector this is huge, as space is a premium on my shelf. Digital copies included is also extremely beneficial for those moments I want to watch on the go or am just too lazy to go get the case and road the player. All in all a great purchase that would recommend.
Cons: This is a constant complaint of mine - typically folks who purchase textbooks are collectors and go out of their way to acquire textbook editions of movies; why can't they 1) make the movie info card cover easier to trim for saving inside the cover? Or 2) make it smaller in the first place so there's no trimming required? They should consciously anticipate their audience for steelbooks: collectors. Second, I was lucky to discover the trilogy coming out in steelbooks so that I waited to purchase this one; otherwise, if I remember right only 2 of the 3 were available as steelbooks at Best Buy... my solution would be for Best Buy to initiate a "Steelbooks Collectors Club" or something, where you could get on a special list and get head's up notifications of future steelbooks, with the option to remind us when something can be pre-ordered.
All 3 are available as individual STEELBOOK Editions. Now, you can get the TRILOGY one also, but...it does NOT have the Blu-ray discs, ONLY the UHD 4K discs. 6 DISCS and individual STEELBOOKS, I love that.

Sorry Disney, but I canceled my order. It’s a gorgeous set but I won’t spend my money on the versions I don’t enjoy. Especially when I can already watch these on Disney+. Whatever deal you made with Lucas, is what is stopping you from getting my money.
For everyone who enjoys the newer versions, this set looks amazing and I truly hope you enjoy it.
There was NEVER a plan to include those in this set. They are NOT the ones George wanted in the first place after the fact he had the technology to do what he wanted. If you are so bent on getting the mistake prone, optical effect laden gaffes in the IV, V, VI ones, go for it. Good luck finding a machine that will play them on. VHS sets out from mid to late 1990s. Laserdisc sets out from mid to late 1990s. So rating the entire box a 1 STAR because you're upset it doesn't have those is a joke. You're obviously paying DISNEY more money in the long run for individuals. So, you are giving DISNEY MORE. lol

Not Perfect, but Still Great
ByShawn
This set doesn't include the original theatrical versions of the original trilogy, which is what fans have been truly waiting on, but this set is still the best available so far. 4K audio and video is outstanding for most of the films, with The Phantom Menace having the weakest looking video. The set looks nice and the booklet is also attractive, however sliding the discs in and out of the booklet requires some patience and care. Overall, this is a nice set that is a no brainer for collectors, but it's not quite the ultimate set that many have been looking for.
You will probably never see the "original" theatrical ones that debuted on a UHD 4K format. You can still find those on the VHS and THX Laserdisc sets from 1995. I'm 93Vet, you can read my review here on BestBuy as I explain my feelings on this set as well.

Overall review of the "Skywalker Saga" 9 movie Set
By93Vet
Having been a long time fan of the series, starting on the infamous date for all SW fans, 25 May 1977, I was eager to get this set and have all the movies in UHD 4K. This set does NOT include the SW stories "Solo" and "Rogue One". I will be getting "Rogue One" separately for the 4K as I have "Solo". The box itself is decent, it has a leather like feel to it and opens up on the sides to reveal a middle "silver book" that contains all the discs and original artwork from each of the 9 movies. The movie pages have the 4K and Blu-ray disc housed in their own respective sleeves on the upper right corner and are labeled as such when you remove them. Removing them is a sticking point, but as with anything disc, you have to handle with care. They are a bit tight as this is a new set and I think over time it will loosen a bit for each disc. The outer black case does not line up absolutely on the line, and that is a bit of a disappointment when it comes to the Death Star graphic on the front, but that is a minor thing to me. It's not handmade by Rolls Royce.
The 9 bonus discs are pretty good, but NOT all the material for each movie is in THIS set. There is new material, interviews, etc. for this set mixed with original material brought over from the 2011 9 disc set.
You can find more on the 3 bonus discs that came with that Blu-ray set. Keep those 3 discs if you have it.
Also, the 2004 Star Wars Trilogy "Bonus Material" DVD is exceptional with the vintage IV-VI trilogy content. Has ALL the trailers for those three movies and the EPIC documentary "Empire Of Dreams". That to me, is THE documentary for the original trilogy. This is NOT on this 2020 Box Set. Some of the vintage trailers are on the bonus discs for IV-VI.
Episode IX does NOT have any deleted/extended scenes on the bonus disc. Why? I don't know. I do believe there is much footage that could have been added here. We get a "Skywalker Saga" documentary, rather it's a behind the scenes 2 hour video mostly about VII-IX with a little bit of footage from IV-VI added in here and there. No mention of Episodes I-III at all.
The plus here for me is the total package, although the disc sleeves may have been better, it doesn't appear they will scratch easily as the material behind it is slick. They are tight on the sides, but I believe over time it will loosen a bit. Handle with care as always. We get all the movies on UHD 4K with newer prints. The original trilogy (IV-VI) has never looked better.
No, it does NOT contain the 1977, 1980, 1983 theatrical releases with all mistakes and film defects inherent in those, even now in later format releases (VHS box sets/1995 THX Laserdisc sets). You will never see those on a UHD 4K set. George made it clear many years ago, that the movies that were originally seen on the screen in those years were not the complete vision he had at the time. He couldn't do alot of things he wanted because of the limits of technology at the time. So, he basically had to wait unitl the movie technology caught up.
Even if this set is not the most perfect one, I do like it, but it could have been better overall for content and the placement of discs in the sleeves. Artwork is well done and the artwork on the discs are well done, too. A solid 4 Stars.
HI, it came to my address from BestBuy.com in a sturdy cardboard box. It was well protected inside and had no issues at all. There were no dings or scratches whatsoever.
You are not going to get the 1977 "version" on 4K or Blu-ray. In fact, this was released in 2004 on DVD, but the quality was atrocious for that format's ability. The only way you are going to get the '77 version is either through one of the following formats: The 2004 DVD (official release) The 1995 THX VHS Trilogy Sets (official release) The 1995 THX Laserdiscs (official release) The "Despecialized" version on Manufactured on demand Blu-ray disc (unofficial release)
I do not work for Disney, but I have been a long time fan of the series from the very beginning. I went to the first showing in my City on May 25, 1977. I was 10.

Excellent Compilation
BySadDiegoChargerFan
I didn’t award FIVE stars because Lucas didn’t provide the original, theatrical releases. We get the kiddified Cantina shootout where Greedo fires first and Han fires best. No need for this: once Greedo pointed his blaster at Han, that’s an overt act of aggression and Han acts in self defense when he fires, even when he fires first as in the theatrical release.
For this price point, a lavish, illustrated hard bound book really would have set this piece off. But maybe they’re waiting to fleece us for an 8k version?
On a related note, I would love to see the Star Wars saga updated and re-released in theaters and Blu-Ray. For example, the death of the Death Star should no be so swift. A gigantic moon sized station shouldn’t vaporize but rather split up in big and small pieces. A Death Star meteor shower into Yavin’s moon and stormtrooper bodies and body parts would more convincingly demonstrated the destruction. The Super Star Destroyer, or should we say Stupor Star Destroyer, does nothing in the series. Change that!
But this is an excellent purchase and will entertain for a long time. Buy and slot in Rogue One 4k too.
The Cantina scene on the 4K disc did not have Greedo firing first. There was an added scene with Greedo saying a word and then they literally shoot at each other at the same time, with Greedo missing and hitting the wall. This is a new scene added from Greedo. It did not exist in prior releases.
Retrogaming fans and pop-culture enthusiasts have been clamoring for it, and here it is courtesy of Arcade1Up: the Atari Legacy CENTIPEDE Edition home arcade machine, for the first time in a form factor shaped just like the original classic arcade cabinet!
There are misleading images of this unit's screen size when showing Centipede. The game is a vertical game as it should be. However, there are photos of it being squashed or horizontal. Which is it?
Evolving from its 1958 beginnings as an amusement game manufacturer, Midway produced some of the hottest arcade games of the 80s and 90s, that have since been adapted into film, television, and much more.Their monsters-wreaking-havoc title Rampage~was a giant early hit, and then leaps in live action digitizing technology led to Mortal Kombat~, recognized as one of the most important titles in video game history.
