GREAT Little Microwave...but...

I purchased this to replace an almost IDENTICAL (but older) microwave that we had owned for about 10 years. We never had ANY problems until recently when it failed.
We purchased this online, went to the store, and brought it home. It was VERY similar, even down to the sounds of the door opening and closing. The controls were arranged a bit differently...no problem.
WELL...within the second week, the thing began to fail. It exhibited EXACTLY the same symptoms as our old microwave, and then it "gave up the ghost" completely,
We returned it to Best Buy, and we had "NO!", "NADA", "ZERO" problems exchanging it for the identical product. Best Buy was beyond reproach. They took the old one, bright the new one out to our car, and away we went. It has been about three weeks, and all is well.
Kudos to Best Buy!
