A little disappointing

This was our second Roku Ultra purchase. We were very happy with the performance of the first, so we bought this to replace the original one in our main viewing space, and put the old one in another room. Worked okay, but would have periodic (3-5 seconds) picture blackouts while watching. The problem seems to have been fixed with an update, but it took them months to figure it out.
