Excellent upgrade from low-watt charge bases

We needed an additional base for USB-C charging since the AirPod Pro only comes with the USB-C cable, and decided to with this 30w unit. The charging is decidedly faster with this than any of the other standard units we have, and faster than the 12w USB-C charger that came with the iPhone 11. Good overall value for the charge speed without getting to big or expensive with some of the larger units offered.

Solid choice for all around use

This was a purchase for my wife, with the intended use being audio books, podcasts and some music. Pairing was simple, and the controls are intuitive but limited. Sound volume was good for average room sizes, and the sound was pretty good with a bias toward the midrange. This allows for decent music quality, but it can be a little muddy for plain voice applications like the audio books. Bass response had a nice feel, but is not especially powerful. I purchased this on sale, and feel that it was a good value, but would probably explore other options if it was full price.
