Too Good For Me

It's a well constructed microphone, heavy in fact. I found it to have good audio quality, adjustable gain to help with background noise. The best feature for me was the mike button with an LED to indicate whether it's active or not. I personally prefer to mute with a hard switch than with software. It has a port for headphones which is a bonus.

I have and use a Google Home, but bought this for the kitchen. The screen is a more usable size. The speaker quality is good. The shape is odd and don't know why they do that. The biggest strike is the bamboo posterior, but I keep it against a wall. Google Assistant works well, better than Alexa. Sales happen often.

We figured out my Son's SFF PC had an HDMI out and HDMI in connection, which is why the one wouldn't work. Wanted to have a dual-monitor setup and this works great. We only needed the monitor portion, but some hubs have more connection (more USB, audio, etc.) It worked great.

I bought it at a steep discount online and for $10 it's a good option. I saw it a few days later in the store for $100. No way I would every pay $100 for it. Decent construction and strap padding. Pocket in the front could use two, not just one zippers. It's a great backpack with lots of pockets, but price is the issue for me.

I am looking to save things from my DirectTV box (due to having to replace the box) onto my computer using a video capture Software. Will this work or is there something else that will work?
This could be quite difficult. I don't have a DTV box to test regrettably. By searching their forums I see a lot of no answers about transferring recordings. Some of the HDMI ports are in, some are out. Often the USB ports may be locked. Another issue is that a lot of HD content is digitally protected and even if transferred may expire. Short story, if you buy anything, buy locally so you can return if it doesn't work. I would contact DTV before I put a lot of time and money into it to see if it's even possible.
