Much Better Than the First Gen Echo Dot

The 1st Gen Echo Dot had a horrible speaker built in so I always used it with a bluetooth speaker. When the bluetooth connection started flaking out I decided to just replace the Dot. This one sounds a lot better so I don't need to use the bluetooth speaker.

I jumped on this Black Friday deal thinking it was a good value. The laptop runs well and has plenty of memory and SSD storage. The screen and the construction quality could be better but as long as it keeps working I'm satisfied with the purchase. I've had to replace it once already as the first one had a problem with freezing up (blank screen) every day or two. So far so good with the replacement, five days and counting with no problems.

Having played all the originals on PlayStation 1, I had to pick up this collection on release day. I've finished all three games again and got three platinum trophies as well. Enjoyed mostly every minute of it. The reason for only 3 stars is that the publisher decided not to include all of the games on the disc, requiring a download which will no longer be available at some point in the future. Might as well have bought the digital version. Publishers don't like physical media because it implies a permanence in the ability to use the software.

The graphics are awesome. My son was dying to buy the game, but we didn’t get the bonus. We were told that we would get it in 24 hrs, but I’ve read other people got it right away. I don’t understand. It’s the first une I have such a problem. Totally disappointed because what the use of preordering other than the bonus.

Item was defective. Had to make two additional trips after initial purchase before they figured out that it was defective and replaced it for me. Each trip was about 70 miles round trip for me. You would think that as much as you have to pay for this item, it would work!
