I bought this mainly for the fingerprint ID. It works great with Windows Hello and is also a really nice wireless keyboard. The battery charge should last 4 months thanks to Bluetooth LE (low energy). I'm at 2 months now on the first charge.

The graphics are awesome. My son was dying to buy the game, but we didn’t get the bonus. We were told that we would get it in 24 hrs, but I’ve read other people got it right away. I don’t understand. It’s the first une I have such a problem. Totally disappointed because what the use of preordering other than the bonus.

I love the game it is a blast swinging through New York but when I pre ordered it, there were suppose to be bonuses of new suits but I did not receive anything with my copy of the game. I reached out to the BB help line and didnt get anything out of it.

Item was defective. Had to make two additional trips after initial purchase before they figured out that it was defective and replaced it for me. Each trip was about 70 miles round trip for me. You would think that as much as you have to pay for this item, it would work!

I jumped on this Black Friday deal thinking it was a good value. The laptop runs well and has plenty of memory and SSD storage. The screen and the construction quality could be better but as long as it keeps working I'm satisfied with the purchase. I've had to replace it once already as the first one had a problem with freezing up (blank screen) every day or two. So far so good with the replacement, five days and counting with no problems.

My husband has a desktop Dell. How much data will this external hard drive hold? Also, will it connect to his Dell? We have a lot of pictures saved on the Dell and would like to unload them. We are not that computer savvy? Thanks.
