if I had to say something to complain about it would be that it is a little bulky but with the processor and video the size is needed for cooling process. No issues at all with system controllers are great I have more than enjoyed several hours of play on this system

NO. What you need is a wifi router or the modem that you speak of may already come with wifi. but this switch needs to be hard wired with Cat5 or Cat 6cable going into it
