Great gadget...

If you own Apple products these AirPods are a must. They seamlessly work from one Apple device to another. I wish they had more bass but I overlook that given their other plusses. I especially like how their "charge level" can be viewed just by opening the case lid while viewing my unlocked iPhone...pretty cool!
If you're looking for a good pair of wireless ear buds you would do well to pick up a pair of these.

A good shaver…

I use an Arc 3 shaver and made a jump to the Arc 5 for my son who has a heavy beard. So far, the Arc 5 seems to outperform the Arc 3. We tried other shavers in the $50 - $100 range and didn’t have much luck. The particular shavers we bought either failed or just weren’t up to the task.
The Arc 5 seems to be well-built and convenient to clean. The last shaver we tried came with an optional soap vessel that you submerged the shaver in while charging it…too much counter space lost on that deal. The Arc 5 is a wet/dry shaver that you simply hold under running water to clean…very handy.
I might invest in another one if my Arc 3 ever gives out.

We use Turbo Tax Premier and have been for several years now. We find the online and voice tax assistance very helpful for those numerous tax questions that tend to come up…it’s a blessing having someone to explain tax situations that one would otherwise have to go digging for through countless Tax Laws.
We’ve not used other tax software so we can offer no comparison; however, we find this program quite useful. Happy tax prepping!!!

I’ve purchased several brands of sync cables. This brand seems to hold up well so far where other brands I’ve bought have not. The 4” cable may not reach to other places the 6” cable might but if you’re after less clutter, the 4” cable may be the way to go.

An improvement over previous versions...

This is the third Platinum iPhone Case I’ve purchased. There are features on this case and holder that are, in my view, upgrades to previous versions. This version has a groove on the inside of the case that allows the upper half of the case to be inserted without gouging it and the holder that comes with the case has a better lock than on previous versions. I found that the old holder’s spring-type lock clip that holds the case in place (so you can carry it on your belt) was a poor design. The latest model replaced the spring-type lock with a non-mechanical type lock that works much better and is less likely to break.
I am glad to see that both, the case and the holder, have extendable kickstands so you can prop your phone up. If you need a case, this is a great choice but look for the version without the spring-type lock on the holder…you’ll be glad you did.

I really like these Air Pods, but...

I finally decided to take the plunge into the world of wireless ear buds and I was kind of leery about it for fear of losing one or both of the Air Pods...I mean dropping over 100 duckets for something that's so easy to lose is worrisome.
I considered other brands like Bose, Klipsch, and Beats for their advertised sound quality but decided on these because I really like having the usability with all my Apple devices. Sound-wise, they aren't going to shield outside noise while you have them in but I feel they provide decent sound nonetheless. To me, they sound similar to the ear buds you get with your iPhone but I’ve yet to discover how to equalize / fine tune the sound from my phone.
I'm still learning how to use them but I found it useful to be able to set what "double-tapping" on each Air Pod would do. They also seamlessly link to your Apple device right out of the box (with a few set up steps). I also like how each of my Apple devices recognize them for easy use.
The Pods charge when they’re in the case which is a nice feature. It’s also nice how you can see how fully charged the Air Pods are and how fully charged the case is just by opening the case lid and looking at your iPhone. There is also an LED that tells if the Air Pods are fully charged when they're in the case.
I haven't tried using them with a non-Apple device but the instructions lead me to believe they can be.
4 out of 5 Stars for usability but I have yet to learn to equalize/fine tune the sound. Despite this, I’m glad I decided to get them.
