Ours died in less than 4 months

This was a great little heater - till it wasn't. It isn't up against a wall or blocked in any way. It sits behind my wife in our office and is typically set a low temperature. Out of the blue it stopped working. We unplugged it and re-plugged it several times. The lights come on, but there is no heat or fan. Let it sit for a while and tried again - then it came on, sort of. It is on and then off with respect to heat and fan. Disappointing as we got it in December, and now in March it is dead.

Just ok - but falls short on switching control

WIth a high end home theater system, protection is worth it. One bad lightening strike and I could have a serious issue. With the demise of Monster the Panamax was recommended as the current best option. And that is surprising, and sad. With the Monster unit I could toggle dip switches to change plugs from always on to Switched - an important thing when dealing with power amps. But the Panamax has been designed for you regarding what is switched or not. This is annoying and very short sighted, and why I can't give this a higher rating. Very expensive product for such limitation.

Be Aware - the Wemo app requires you to set up a new Account.
When I did this, it lots ALL of my prior devices and their rules.
I have 16 switches and another 10 plugs, so the frustration over this loss is not a matter of a minor inconvenience. Wemo customer services is inept - they insist that they can see my devices but they can't push them to my "new" account. Delete and reinstall the app is about the best they can offer. Escalation is done at their convenience - was told a senior tech would call back within 24 to 48 hours. Got a call while out on a run this morning 60 hours out from the original call, so well past the 48 promised. I asked for him to call back - told that was not really possible, but I could call them - sure and go through another slog session of inept phone techs and long hold times.
Over the past couple of years, the hub has fallen off the network several times randomly - finally even replaced it, but it still happens. It is the only device that does, so hard to see it as my network.
Sometimes the Wemo devices play nice with Apple HomeKit, sometimes they don't - that is why having the app and rules in it has been so important. And why the loss of everything is frustrating.
Changing to another platform isn't really an option given the current level of investment - but can't say as I would go down this path again.

These detectors are amazing - they talk, tell you what its happening and where, can light up to show you your walkway, and integrate well with other devices. You can even see a history of when there has been movement in the room (cat locked in somewhere?).
We have 9 of them - installed the original version years ago. And over the last 6 months each of the original ones has died, but after 7 years or so I can't say that is surprising.
Having demonstrated them to my in-laws, they are now in their hose too, as well as our ski condo.

Our washer died - so what was available was more important than the precise model. Overall this has been a very good unit - we have run lots of dirty cleaning rags through it, towels and shirts with stains, and I have been pleased with how well it cleans.
But it has no Active Wear / Sportswear cleaning cycle - seems odd given the how many others offer this option.
I though I would just program the "download" option - but nope - the LG app can't work with near field, only WiFi, and this washer doesn't offer WiFi only near field. We are not going to get an Android just to program a wash cycle.

Several years ago we bought a Breville counter oven as an alternative to the big Viking ovens that are built in - hey, not every bagel or pizza really needs that kind of system and power drain.
But recently we have been looking for alternatives to deep fat frying, and Air Frying seemed worth trying. Very impressed with the improvements.
I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and cooked multiple sheets at a time and was very pleased to see such even cooking.
The Air Frying is also amazing - works very well with frozen foods like French fries, fish, shrimp and egg rolls. My daughter is finding and trying new Air Fry recipes and they are coming out well.
All in all - very pleased.

I use to think that a Microwave oven was a microwave oven - how much more could it really do?
But the Breville Smooth Wave is unlike any I have ever used before - it really dose amazing things.
It can soften butter - yes - soften... not melt.
It can cook bacon - you simply select the number of slices.
It can do a sensor reheat - and this is really amazing.
And a whole lot of other things that go way beyond simply changing how much time and at what power level.
The oddest thing is that it keeps the fan going as a way to help cool down after use - but this is hardly an issue to complain over. Truly amazed at how well it work and what we can do with it that we never tried to do in the past.

Dyson makes some amazing products - but they are also often pricy.
My wife finally switched to the Dyson hair dryer and I too was amazed at how fast and how much better it was over our previous dryers.
I don't curl my hair, but my wife and daughter both do, and I knew my wife was eyeing the Dyson Airwrap, but holding off because of price.
When I saw the sale just before Mother's Day, I decided to take a chance for her.
WOW - the speed and ability with which my daughter was able to curl my wife's hair was astounding. And given the way this system works, there is really no chance for the curling iron burn.
They had a blast on Mother's Day styling each other's hair and practicing with it.
Today, my wife tried with the general volumizer, and while it was not quite as impressive as the curler options, it still was effective - and probably will get more so with practice and experience.
So while it was and is a pricy item - the vote from the women in my life is that the Airwrap is hands down simply amazing!

Great concept - except that Netgear brought this version of the Orbi Mesh to market too soon. The Parental Controls, Security and other features that you see when you visit the Apple App Store to download the app??? They DO NOT EXIST - and there is no clear time line for when they will appear. Netgear support said 2 to 3 weeks possible on one call, and on another that there was a no projected date.
But it goes down hill from there. I have a web server and run my own email server - no real issue setting up port forwarding, but reliability is another thing.
With only about 4 products on the Orbi network things seemed fine, but when I migrated the house they got bad.
Devices on ethernet started to have issues reliably connecting to mail, and the Router started to blink Purple from time to time (that means it is having a problem). Resetting it worked - but only for a little while and then problems again.
My iPhone 11 which had been the original test device started to have issues just opening USATODAY, and if I was in one story and hit backup, the whole app would freeze or reset to the top of the main page.
The web based login (Orbilogin.com) hates Safari - if there is any significant change it wants to reset the access password, annoying to say the least. You can resolve this by blowing away the history every time you make an update, but that is a bit extreme as well as annoying. Firefox was a better option for configuration.
But the real issue seemed to be that with some 60+ devices connected it had issues - on the nice side, you only have to specify one SSID, and it will auto detect and share for old devices and new ones. This is pretty important if you have a lot of WEMO switches and Hue devices, not to mention Nest - smoke detectors and thermostats.
I thought I would simply wait out the firmware update and App update, but less than a day into the full migration my email on my primary system (iMac Pro 2019 maxed version) started to fail. Exact same settings on my MacBook Pro 2018 were fine. But access to websites was hit and miss, as well as the Purple Light.
For a few hours the system also had a mysterious Satellite - under the legitimate one that came in the box was another - XEROX CORPORATION ... MAC address 00:00:00:00:00:00... Wired... Orbi Router... GOOD
I don't have anything from XEROX and never have. I rest the Router and the Satellite a few times - but it continued to show up. Then it changed status to disconnected and let me delete it. Odd to say the least.
So great idea and fun speed with just the iPhone 11, but disaster for a home/office network.
Netgear support recommended the Nighthawk - but also admitted that it was slower.

My posting reports my experiences - and from what I can see from the other postings, my concerns over Parental Controls, which are NOT currently available, have not been an issue for others.
The instability with respect to properly routing email and web requests to a server in my network are also not reported by others - presumably because no one else has tried or had issues.
Given that Netgear Customer Service clearly said that Parental Controls ARE NOT CURRENTLY Available - why on earth would I contact them again?
Your App apparently is intended to permit configuration and control of more than just the Orbi AX6000 system - yet you fail to note this as so.
If Parental Controls and the other features are indeed present, but were not enabled for some reason - then your Customer Support staff are ignorant of the solution.
The result is essentially the same - I called in for help and got none.

For the mini switch to work with Siri it has to be recognized in HomeKit. The new switches can show up in HomeKit before they show up in the Wemo app during the install process . But then will appear in the Wemo app once it is restarted. I have a Wemo bridge and about 16 Wemo switches, two dimmers and 15 different Wemo plugs. I am also on my third Wemo bridge. It is very annoying that the Wemo devices and bridge are so flakey - they are just fine in their own Wemo app but seem to come and go in HomeKit. I had a large collection before HomeKit was made available so I didn’t want to replace.
Yes I know how to use a web browser to visit the bridge - clear and reset it, as well as how to reset the plugs and switches. I wish there was real stability
