Normally I'd just setup a TV myself, but thanks to TotalTech, setup and delivery were included. I bought an open box TV and not all the right screws were available. The techs spent a good amount of time making sure they could get everything setup properly and safely with what was available and even looked for additional screws that they had in their van. They answered any questions I had, made sure everything looked good and worked properly and cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Great washing machine with great capacity

This washing machine has all the bells and whistles. I can see why it rates so highly as one of the top washing machines on the market today.
I love the liquid detergent capacity. Just pour a whole bottle in and forget about it until the washer lets you know it's running low.
The anti-microbial film makes sure there's no mold build up that's common on most front loading washers. There's also a vent function that drys out the inside of the washer, but it needed like 8 hours to complete, so I'm not sure what's going on with that. Just leaving the door open for an hour or so saves energy and has the same effect.
It doesn't look overly blue online, but it definitely is more blue in person. I like the color a lot, but some may want the more traditional black, gray, or white look.

Dryer works great! Comforter for a king bed is the only thing that needed additional drying time. The syncing to the washer pair of this dryer works well. The dryer can get the settings the washer used over WiFi and carry them over to the drying cycle.
The only issue I ran across was when buying the dryer, the recommended accessories only included a water splitter for the steam function. It didn't recommend buying a gas line or a dryer vent line like other dryers did which made me think it came with one. I did some research on my own to see what was included with the dryer and discovered I needed to get those accessories as well. Thankfully I did that before the dryer was delivered and all worked out well, but definitely make sure you have those before your installers come!

This is hands down the best TV I've ever had. The picture is incredible. I've had other high end TVs before, but this is my first OLED and I don't think I can ever go back.
I bought this open box and there was a column of pixels that were discolored. I was worried I'd have to return it, but running the cleaning mode.on the TV corrected the whole problem and now the image is flawless.

Overall a great smart watch

As my first smart watch and Google's first in house attempt, it's a pretty solid device! It took several attempts to get it to connect to my phone properly, and getting Google Pay setup on there took some doing to verify the cards. But after a week of use with always on display, the only complaint I have is the battery could be better. It still lasts me a whole day with about 30% left by the time I go to bed, but compared to other smart watches, this one doesn't do as well.
It looks and feels incredibly high end and the phone app makes changing settings or turning on or off notifications for certain apps a breeze.
The band feels fine, but my wrist falls in a weird place on the two sizes. I have to tighten it either all the way on the long band or use the last hole on the shorter band. I wish one or the other was a slightly different size. I'm interested to try some other bands in the future as the metal ones look really nice, but they are quite pricey. I will say, band swapping is really easy and they feel super secure in there.
As for color, this thing says it's hazel, but it is straight up gray. I haven't found a single lighting scenario where it looks remotely hazel and everyone that's seen it agrees it is gray. I purchased a black band thinking this might be too green, but I've since returned it and am going to stick with the gray it came with.

Returned after a day I got it

I should have known better than to buy something from the Insignia brand after the last debacle I had. This charger was really annoying. All I had plugged in was my phone and watch, but it kept trying to alternate power to the ports it seemed. My phone kept buzzing like it had just been connected and my watch face wouldn't turn off like it normally does when sitting on the charger. I returned it after one night's use.

I know HDMI 4 is the only port that specifies 4k@120hz, so I've plugged my PS5 into that port and all looks good. I plugged my PC into port 2 and it's showing as running in 4k@120hz. Is this normal?
