Been waiting for this day to come for the last few weeks since I got the Beta access, was really enjoying the game that I played. Woke up this morning and got the game in my mailbox, brought the package inside (still sealing) sat down in front of my PC and opened it up, the case is a nice steel casing, then I opened it up and well, it was empty. No game, no map, nothing at all a completely empty case. To top it off my local best buy doesn't have the game in stock, so I can't just go locally to exchange the game I have to wait for a reship.

This case was a bonus for preorder-a BONUS STEELBOOK only! The steelbook itself is the extra bonus-this is NOT an order for any version of the actual game! I did research this, and aamof, I didnt even know I was getting this until a week after I put my order in. Thats why it is considered a bonus.

I paid less money than this for my Xbox One S a couple years ago. This is a gimped version for only $50 off the MSRP and I definitely would never pay full price for this.
For me the biggest selling feature of the Xbox One S is that it doubles as a Blu-ray player (and it is a good one) so I don't need multiple boxes by my TV. Blu-ray quality is still WAY better than streaming quality and most people still have physical copies of stuff. Not to mention that sometimes getting a physical copy of a game or movie can be cheaper than digital (like if you buy one used).
If they are going to remove the disc player then they should at least make it easier for people to remove and replace the hard drive themselves. If I could easily put one of my 8TB Red HDDs in there and load it up with my Blu-ray quality media it might be a different story but even then it would still be too expensive for what it is IMO. And no - I do not want to have to plug in an unsightly external drive.

My opinion. Ive been a PC Gamer since 1992, and have always enjoyed the "Civilizations" and Master of Orions" of the world. I have always enjoyed the TBS better then the RTS, especially in my slower years.:-) .
I have owned an XBox One (S) for 3 years and Age of Wonders: Planetfall is the best TBS for that platform I have played!

Cool game with a ton of opportunities for customization, HR Derby, and other challenges. Would be 5-star if it was actually Jackie Robinson on the cover rather than Tatis Jr....

Why is this so much more expensive than the actual disc version which is only $15???
Maybe you are reffering to the original FALLOUT 4, the vanilla version? This particular version has all the DLC included, which may account for the higher price.
Of course nowadays the GOTY version can be had for less then what I paid for the original vanilla release at that time..:-)
