Works great and so quiet

This was a panic purchase. I had two weeks left on a contract job when my lap top suddenly decided that it was done. Since I don't do a whole lot of traveling any more I decided to go with a desk top rather than a lap top and since I needed it literally that day I wound up driving 90 miles to the closest Best Buy that had one in stock.
The PC works great. This is my first water cooled system and the lack of a constant hum - well several constant hums since I had a flock of fans on the lap top keeping it cool, is wonderful.
I don't do much gaming - I buy gaming computers because they typically last longer than a less expensive "business" or "personal" model. I play Skyrim and it was fun when I loaded it up and it automatically set all of the graphics to 11. I've subsequently installed pretty much every graphics update and mod I can find so I've now got 4K Skyrim with hyper realistic skies, water, ground, and trees. Makes me kind of want to just walk around looking at things and skip the killing of monsters. Kinda :)
