This is an excellent Strategy game with beautiful character designs and graphics.
A young prince escapes after a coup, leaving his Queen mother dead and his Kingdom usurped by a former ally. Now that new Empire is a threat to the world and a now grown Prince must confront it.
Battles are shown in a beautifully designed horizontal view but are played out automatically. You maneuver your characters on a map and pair characters to create more powerful units.
After you select your target, your characters move and the motions into battle play out like a real time strategy as you watch on the map until the characters meet and fight in a zoomed-in horizontal battle.
Story and voice work are great and there will be some trial and error to make sure you select the right units.
If you are looking for action, this might not be the game for you, but if you like setting up a strategy and watching it play out with beautifully designed characters, then this would be a great pick up.

A Love Letter to Mecha Robot and Retro Anime Fans

If you love Mecha Robot anime as well as any retro anime in the vein of Voltron (GoLion), Battle of Planets (Gatchaman) or just a fan of retro Japanese anime, this game will be a treat.
UFO Robot Grendizer is an action-adventure game that has you in the shoes of Duke Fleed and his allies fighting off the evil Vega who destroyed Duke's planet and now have their eyes set on Earth.
You get to play as the giant robot Grendizer in third person, semi-open world areas destroying Saucer Beasts and other Vega vehicles while powering up your vessel. In other levels, top down and 3rd person shoot-em up sections have you taking down alien saucers and trying to survive to the end of the stage - think barebones versions of Star Fox or standard top-down shoot 'em ups. In between, there are cutscenes and still character dialogue that progress the story.
I have never seen the anime, but the music, the graphical art style and even the dialogue make you feel like you are experiencing a retro Japanese anime in order of the events. Even the still characters shown for dialogue look like they were cut out of a 70's or 80's anime which is very welcomed. Unlike some anime games that will have a game mid-season where you will need previous knowledge, everything progresses in order so I was able to follow the events pretty well.
As you progress through each level, you can upgrade Grendizer's weapons and abilities which really help in beast encounters. Sub missions are also scattered throughout the areas from helping civilians to just stopping by landmarks to appreciate the beauty of Earth. The combat and dodging are pretty smooth and encountering enemies that can only be beaten using certain weapons gives a good variety in combat. There is also enough variety as you upgrade - from the standard melee attacks, to your stronger Haken Blades and additional lasers and strengths of each. I love the rush in attacks you can execute while running, and you can even unlock attacks that automatically execute when you perfect dodge which can help in a boss battle.
The biggest downside for me is the map is pretty much useless because there is no indication of where you are. You can use the map menu to travel to previous areas but there are no markers or indicators on the map itself for anything. In mission, you can view exclamation points in the distance to see available missions to tackle but trying to find landmarks and minor sub missions can be tedious. I will also add that for the open world areas, they can look rather bare but the combat, character interactions and music design made up for it.
To complete the game, it will take a little under 10 hours if you try to find everything. For an indie type game that offers a lower-priced physical release, I see it as a no brainer.
If you are want to experience a Lover Letter to Mecha Robot or Shonen Retro Anime, I highly recommend it.

A card strategy game that is worth your time

I loved this game more than I thought. Midnight Suns has great characters, moves Marvel stories in a fun and dramatic direction and has some fun strategy card mechanics.
Not normally a fan of these types of games, but the tutorial mission into the story is a great freshining instead of simply being another action game. You have turned based battles against enemies using cards. With your characters, combine attacks where you choose a card to have your character attack, defend or charge up. In some cases you can reposition your character to then use an attack to thrust enemies into each other and build up more points to use a stronger attack. When not battling you can traverse the mansion, chat with other heroes and unlock more areas to explore.
The characters themselves have been a treat and the dialogue funny yet not Marvelly over-witty.
Unfortunately, this game did not sell well and layoffs have already come for the developer. For the price that this is dropping to, I say give it a shot if you are a fan of Super Hero Games but also fun strategy games.

Falconeer is an artistic game from the art style of the rolling oceans to the music during flight. It has Skyward Sword Aerial Vibes as you take flight with your bird but that is where the comparisons stop. You select a pre generated character that looks rather ugly in contrast to the world you fly in. You then go on quests of flight, shooting down enemies, recharging in lighting storms and repeat to the next mission. Voice work throughout and prompts give you direction to go and story elements between missions you can select. I add again that it is artistic in instead of having a straight forward objective with a narrative, there are missions with voice overs to give you an a bit of background. Flying which is the bulk of the game felt good to ok and just trying to land at certain objectives became a hassle. I would watch a playthrough or two to see if this is something you would be interested in. For the price, I took the chance but its indy feel and style was not holding my attention.

Low Budget Sci-Fi On Rails Shooter that's Fun

Ridiculous, low budget fun. It is like playing a comedic take on a 50s sci fi martian invasion shooter - except its cleaner than Destroy All Humans. Quick On-Rails shooter levels that have you killing as many martians as possible while not killing any humans. Shooting certain objects gives you better guns and ammo. There are boss battles and some cutscenes with generous checkpoints if you die. The bundle comes with a Ray gun with sound effects (batteries needed). The feel of the controller actually was pretty good. You do have to sync it a few times during game play but if you simply point the gun in the center screen and sync than you are fine. It even co-op play that was fun with a friend (but you would have to buy another gun to get the full experience - but a regular joy con works great as well)
Overall, for the price it was worth it .

A horror sci-fi game that feels like something with a blend of Callisto Protocol and Returnal but with a Resident Evil system - all with pixel art and less action. The atmosphere is great as well as the pixel style and atmosphere.
You play as an adroid Replika looking for your human commander who is missing from the shuttle when you awake. However, after venturing into a hole in the planet, things take a turn for the horrific when you see creatures out for blood and other Replika's in decay. Some creepy pixel cutscenes but nothing too over the top so far. The design of the protagonist is cool yet cute and the characters and situations have been very interesting to experience.
I went into this with no knowledge and am enjoying it so far. If you want to do some additional research to see if you like this top down styled game, but for the price, I took the plunge and do not regret it.

Aliens have their eyes set on Earth and it is up to you to lead it! You as Crypto are tasked with scouting and "probing" humans to extract DNA and wreak havoc on Earth to ensure your races survival. Use telekinesis to levate and throw objects and mammals, use an arsenal of weapons or use your space ship to destroy the landscaping. Of course, this would not be Destroy All Humans with out the over-the-top humor. It can get a little raunchy sometimes but I felt the work and scenarios kept it interesting. The real meat and potatoes comes when you beat a level's objective. This then opens up the openness of that level to complete additional missions and upgrade your character.
Funny story, straight forward missions with an open world playground for each level. It is a remake of a 2005 game so there will be some draw backs such as lack of fast travel, but the characters and scenariors more than make up for it.

What can I say. These are some of the best Spider-man movies ever made. You get the original Raimi trilogy and the Webb reboots. All 4K and look beautiful!
In addition, you get digital versions of all. The trilogy was 4K versions but the Amazing versions came as 1080P digital only - at least that is the way the one digital app did it. Sound came through beautifully as well.
The steelbooks included are beautiful. One for each universe of movies and are well worth it for collectors.
I am sure most know all about these movies but the Raimi films chronicle Toby Maguire as Peter Parker from High School through becoming a staff photographer at the Daily Bugle, the death of his Uncle Ben and his up and down relationships with Mary Jane and Harry Osborne. Excellent villains between Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and eventually Sandman and Venom.
The Webb series chronicle Garfield's Peter Parker as he deals with the disappearance of his parents and trying to find out the mystery of their research. A strong relationship with Gwen Stacy develops and Spidey has to match wits against The Lizard and eventually a slew of villains in the sequel. Where Toby's focused on his relationship with his friends and living up to his Uncle's mantra of "Great power comes great responsibility," Garfield's focuses on building confidence in himself and then later dealing with the self-imposed responsibility of protecting Gwen. I will give kudos to Jamie Foxx's Electro as well as Giamati's Rhino and DeHann as Harry Osborne. I personally would have loved to see where the series could have gone.
Anyone who may need a little break from Tony Stark's apprentice or may want to reminiscence about Spider-man before the Marvel deal, check these 4K HDR versions out! Stay Frosty!

Can this be played on a switch lite, or is it only able to be played with the joy cons?
You need to use the Joy Cons in order to play this game. Unless you can put the Switch Lite in table top mode and play off the little Switch screen with separate Joy Cons, then I don't see any other way.

Can U Use It On TV. Insignia Fire Tv
I do not own an Insignia Fire TV, but I use it on multiple HD TVs. I save photos and music to this USB, and when I plug this into each TV I can view and listen to them on my TVs. I just make sure I select the correct app and save them the right way.
