Definitive Collection of Spider Man movies

What can I say. These are some of the best Spider-man movies ever made. You get the original Raimi trilogy and the Webb reboots. All 4K and look beautiful!
In addition, you get digital versions of all. The trilogy was 4K versions but the Amazing versions came as 1080P digital only - at least that is the way the one digital app did it. Sound came through beautifully as well.
The steelbooks included are beautiful. One for each universe of movies and are well worth it for collectors.
I am sure most know all about these movies but the Raimi films chronicle Toby Maguire as Peter Parker from High School through becoming a staff photographer at the Daily Bugle, the death of his Uncle Ben and his up and down relationships with Mary Jane and Harry Osborne. Excellent villains between Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus and eventually Sandman and Venom.
The Webb series chronicle Garfield's Peter Parker as he deals with the disappearance of his parents and trying to find out the mystery of their research. A strong relationship with Gwen Stacy develops and Spidey has to match wits against The Lizard and eventually a slew of villains in the sequel. Where Toby's focused on his relationship with his friends and living up to his Uncle's mantra of "Great power comes great responsibility," Garfield's focuses on building confidence in himself and then later dealing with the self-imposed responsibility of protecting Gwen. I will give kudos to Jamie Foxx's Electro as well as Giamati's Rhino and DeHann as Harry Osborne. I personally would have loved to see where the series could have gone.
Anyone who may need a little break from Tony Stark's apprentice or may want to reminiscence about Spider-man before the Marvel deal, check these 4K HDR versions out! Stay Frosty!

If you are fan of of Bruce Timm films/series and Justice League, you will love this. Sam Liu does an excellent job directing.
Basically, future villains come back in time to find Jessica Cruz, a new Green Lantern recruit to assist them in freeing one of their partners in crime. Our heroes have to unite to try to save Jessica and the whole time stream. The interesting part is that through all of this Jessica is battling her own inner demons due to witnessing the murder of her friends and she wants no part of being a Green Lantern or a Justice League member. However, with the help of Star Boy, a hero from the future, who is also dealing with his own mental demons, she slowly gains the confidence to be the hero she can be.
A solid entry with great animation action. The artstyle is beautiful to those who loved Justice League in comparison to the New 52 styled movies that have been recently released. Gorgeous in 4K and also comes with a digital 4K code.
Overcoming fear, taking down the bad guys and sacrifice for your friends are some of the positive messages throughout.
Highly recommended!

A Fun Kaiju Ride

Boyega shines as the son of Stacker Pentecost in this sequel to the original Pacific Rim. The world has moved on since the Kaiju were defeated and the breach closed up, but the Jaeger program (very large mobile robots piloted by two people) is still in full swing in case of another attack.
When he and a young girl get arrested, he is persuaded to be a new instructor of the new generation of Jaeger pilots. However, things take a turn for the worse when a rogue Jaeger shows up and wreaks havoc. Who could be behind this since the Kaiju have all been defeated?
The battles are intense and it looks gorgeous in 4K HDR. This also comes with a digital 4K and mine had a code for a free movie as well. (When that code did not work, I emailed the company and they gave me a new one!)
One word of warning is that the tone of this movie is very different than the first. It has more of a comedy tone with some serious moments sprinkled in during the conflict. There are some heartfelt moments as well that flesh out some of the characters. The scientists from the previous movie once again return and they steal the show when they are screen.
If you are a fan of the first movie, as long as you can get through the first half hour and know what you are getting into with the comedy and back and forth, this movie really finds its stride by the rogue Jaeger attacks. Also, if you have never seen the first one, I think you can enjoy this one as well as most of the returning characters have side roles.
A cool plot twist, great presentation and solid sound track make this worthy of a fun kaiju watch.

James Belushi and Michael Caine shine in this modern day version of "It's a Wonderful Life."
Belushi's character is convinced that his dull life would be completely better if he had just hit a baseball in his league championship when he was a teenager. Well, on his birthday, after he gets fired from his job and his car breaks down, he gets the chance to see what could have been.
After receiving a special drink from bartender Caine, Belushi walks out into a world where he really did hit that baseball. He is now the president of his company, married to beautiful Cindy Jo (Rene Russo), and living like royalty . However, the "Clarence-like" Caine explains that now that he has what he always wanted, he has also lost his original family and friends. this new life is also not all peaches and cream and comes with an entirely new set of problems. Is this truly what he desires or perhaps he always had what he always wanted?
The film looks great on Blu-ray and special features includes a great commentary with the director and James Belushi.
Highly recommended for the family and knowing that all things work together for good in the end.

Great Musou on the Switch

For anyone buying this, you are probably already a fan of Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors and the other Warriors Orochi games. If you haven't played any of the other games, you can still play this one but you may not know all of the characters from previous games being thrown at you and why certain meetings might be special. There are cutscenes and conversations that explain what is going on that you can pick up fairly easily.
Graphically, it looks good (of course not as great as the PS4) but with the latest update, the framerate is a lot better than launch. Like previous games, the goals of each mission is to move to each section of the map, take out all of the enemies to build up your special move gauges and take out your enemies with super moves. As you progress to fight each commander, you are also granted magic by the gods to assist you on your journey. Great hack and slash action and switching between characters to chain super movies is satisfying. So many characters to unlock as well.
In handheld mode it played great. The graphics dropped a little bit but if you are looking for Musou on the go, it works nicely
If you love these games where you feel like a god with so many unlockables and the ability to play as other characters at home or on the go, then this is a fun game to pick up.

A Godzilla movie for the Godzilla fans

This is a movie for the Godzilla fans. Superb monster scenes with a fantastic score that uses the original Godzilla themes from the Japanese movies. The film looked beautiful in 4K and the sound mixing is epic. Michael Dougherty shows a lot of passion and respect for the property. It felt as if I was watching a Toho Japanese Godzilla film but on a higher budget. Even the humans, from the main scientists trying to help Godzilla to the tortured villain, felt like their motivations and actions were ripped from the older movies. If you felt like Godzilla was a co-star in his first movie than you will love this one because your favorite monsters are now front and center – both on the screen and in plot discussion. No cutaways from news broadcasts or doors closing – here you see the epic monster action as the humans deal with their plights as well. Each creature was also shown as the natural disasters that they truly are. I especially loved Mothra and the (2) female “scientists” who know so much about her *watch the movie I don't want to spoil it*. I would encourage anyone who loved Godzilla movies as a child or just for the fun of it to check this one out with your family and friends. Bring on Kong vs. Godzilla - Long Live the King!

Justice League was the most fun I had watching a Super Hero movie since The Avengers. However, it truly felt like a homage to those who grew up on animated DC shows such as Batman the Animated Series, Superman and Justice League as well as traditional Superhero films.
Justice League shows a world that has lost hope since the events of Batman V. Superman and our heroes are searching the globe for other gifted individuals in the fight against the coming evil.
Affleck does well as the seasoned yet troubled Dark Knight who is striving to right the wrongs of his previous outing. Wonder Woman is the Heart of the team who can encourage on a moments notice. The new comers, without ever being formerly introduced, take their screen time and shine. You would think that these characters had been in their own separate movies yet I have to give Snyder (and Whedon) credit for giving just enough for you to bond with these characters as they bond with each other.
The soundtrack also ventures into a different yet familiar direction with Danny Elfman. Bringing back the iconic Batman and Superman themes of old as well as themes of wonderment feels gives you that traditional comic book movie feel. This is one area where it truly feels as though you are transported back in time to a DC series.
The film itself looks gorgeous in 4K and to be honest the complaints about Superman's mustache and other CGI is a bit over the top. Unless I was told, I barely noticed it but the 4K really pops in this movie.
The battles and sequences themselves are pretty spectacular and I enjoyed the treachery of the villain, Steppenwolf.
I will also add, as someone who has watched the original Superman movies, Batman movies as well as DC, I was able to jump right in with these characters as they were portrayed. If you were a fan of these series and movies growing up, it will feel like being a kid in a candy store again.
The streamlined nature of the film, the score and interactions of the characters really felt as though this was a homage to those growing up loving these characters. In my opinion, not every super hero franchise needs a throw-away movie just to introduce a character and Justice League proved that.
Although more time in the movie could have fleshed out some scenarios, the movie was a solid popcorn superhero film that gives a content conclusion to the Snyder-verse trilogy.

A Deconstruction of Star Wars but enjoyable.

To the point, I found The Last Jedi to be an enjoyable film but definitely a Deconstruction of the Traditional Star Wars film as well as evolving characters in some unlikely directions.
First let me say, as the first Star Wars Film to be released in 4K, it looks stunning. Characters are clear and effects truly pop. No one can say that it looks bad.
As for the movie itself, it truly sets the tone with a "prank" call scene where Poe makes a fool of General Hux. At this point, you know that you are in Rian Johnson's Star Wars and there is no turning back.
Minor Spoilers...The Resistance had a great victory against the The New Order in The Force Awakens but this is short lived as they quickly recover and get into position to bombard the Resistance into extinction.
Poe who could do no wrong in the first movie buys time for the Resistance to escape but with heavy loses - which now puts him in Leia's dog house for disobeying orders to retreat sooner. This then sets up an issue of trust which progresses through the movie and creates a conflict when Poe is demoted and believes The Resistance should be doing one thing while his higher ups desire another - all while The New Order is chasing them down to destroy them when their fuel runs out.
Meanwhile, Rey who could also do no wrong in the first movie meets our long lost Jedi Master and is ready to learn the ways of the Force from the living myth, Luke Skywalker. Of course, Rian Johnson once again makes this universe his when he has Luke do the unthinkable when Rey hands him his Father's lightsaber.
What the Poe scene did to show the tone of the film, Luke's action takes it to dramatic levels of Rian Johnson bending the Star Wars Universe to his vision. From here, there are secret plans concocted to save The Resistance from itself, introductions of new characters that are given immediate importance, surprising character deaths, character changes to the point of assassination, detours that could be interpreted as political statements and revelations and actions that occur that blatantly contradict previous continuity of the movies and its established mythology.
And still, I enjoyed the film. The characters deliver their lines with great emotion and subtlety when needed and the set pieces look beautiful. By the time the film was done, I couldn't believe it was over as I never looked at my watch once. There are a few visual mistakes such as in the throne room battle, but Rian has an eye for great set transitions as well as easy, transitioning storytelling. It just all depends if you will like where this story leads you.
One thing I will say, go into this movie with an open mind and just relax and enjoy. However, if you are one who sees this as a full extension of the original trilogy, you may walk away very disappointed.

Such a Cute Movie.

The Peanuts movie might just be the cutest, family friendly animation I have seen in recent memory.
Our hero Charlie Brown is at it again trying to succeed at life to no avail but things take a special turn when The Little Red-Haired Girl moves into town. Can Charlie Brown build up his confidence and even talk to her while overcoming his string of untimely missteps?
The movie pays a lot of homage to the original specials while still staying fresh. The whole movie feels like an extended slice of life that takes us from Christmastime through the end of the School year.
The animation style is soft and beautiful and character voices do an excellent job of conveying the characters we have grown to love.
Snoopy is back again with his imaginary antics as the World War 1 Flying Ace, but this time he is accompanied by a female counterpart, Fifi.
The soundtrack also uses familiar cues from the Christmas special but other than 2 contemporary music tracks which work well when used, we are given s soothing and uplifting orchestral score.
One thing I also loved about this show is how Charlie Brown never seems to be beaten down as much as he is encouraged by his friends and Snoopy in this one.
Also, if you are looking for double entendre or adult humor that gets squeezed into animated films to try to appease parents, it is nowhere to be seen. This is a movie that had strict oversight by the Schultz family to make sure it would be true to his vision and values and this movie succeeds.
Overall, tearful and uplifting - I highly recommend it to any fans of Peanuts or family movies.

You need to use the Joy Cons in order to play this game. Unless you can put the Switch Lite in table top mode and play off the little Switch screen with separate Joy Cons, then I don't see any other way.

Can U Use It On TV. Insignia Fire Tv
I do not own an Insignia Fire TV, but I use it on multiple HD TVs. I save photos and music to this USB, and when I plug this into each TV I can view and listen to them on my TVs. I just make sure I select the correct app and save them the right way.
