Zagg screen protectors have always been my choice for their quality, endurance, and lifetime warranty. At just the cost of shipping, replacement is as easy as logging onto the Zagg website and filling out a form. Make sure you keep track of the model purchased and keep the old screen protector as you normally need to send it back when the replacement is received.
Anyone who has installed screen protectors know that installation can be finicky. Much progress has been made with plastic alignment frames and screen wipes and sticky tabs to remove all dust. This protector includes all of those. Best option is to purchase the geek squad installation available at most Best Buy cell phone counters. Added benefit is they will replace the protector if they mess it up, and replacement installation is free.
Alternatively you can purchase screen protectors through online retailers, often in packs of 3, at a cheaper price. Many of these offer similar free replacements.

Great looking genuine leather case at an excellent price. This case is very close to the genuine Apple leather case with an added pocket on the back for credit cards/IDs. On sale at $15, an excellent value for a professional looking phone case.
Not the choice if you are looking for a case that offers max protection, for that you would want to choose a multi-layer full plastic/rubber case such as an Otter-box.

Overall Good upper/mid level cable modem / router

Modem is reliable, however admin interface locks up routinely and requires a reboot to restore. Also MAC ID DHCP IP reservations don't seem to work, with a IP reservation in place, reserved device will still join with another random IP address. Port forwarding / adv routing features all good.
No issues with internet connectivity or wifi. Overall a good mid-high level choice for an average user, most will find the above issues have no impact on the functionality of the modem/router.
Not the fastest cable modem on the market, for that you want to look at a 32 x 8 (32 downstream channels / 8 upstream channels) which typically start around $200 and up. At 16 x 4, this modem will support theoretical speeds up to about 600MB downstream connection. Unless your paying for top end, 1GB, cable internet service or are looking to upgrade in the future, this modem will work just fine.

Although had to initially go through manufacturer warranty process (poor service) once approved for warranty replacement geek squad and Best Buy came through quickly and efficiently. This has most of the features of the $500 models, at a fraction of the cost. Performance appears satisfactory, it detected X, K and Ka bands with no problem. Laser capable, I have not received any laser alerts to assess. Radar detector 'detector' also alerted. As with any detector of this type it is difficult to assess the validity of alerts or number of false alerts. It did appear to occasionally alert near specific autos, which may be attributed to vehicle safety systems, occasionally but infrequent.

What is the regular download speed you can get from Speedtest.net?
It depends on your level of service. The modem can support theoretical downloads up to 600MB. My service is only 25MB which this modem supports just fine. I typically experience download speeds close to and occasionally exceeding what the cable service provides. If you aren’t achieving your service provided levels, even after a modem restart, then it’s time to contact your service provider. Also for most accurate modem measurements use a computer with ethernet cable plugged directly into the modem/router as WiFi speeds will affect the results.
