I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. I'm not sure if it was my keyboard that was a one-off, but this keyboard would lose connection fairly frequently, and I'd have to pair the devices again.
I love the feature of the multiple channels, but I ended up having to return it.

Excellent headphones for the price! I had to purchase these because I have neighbors that love to make lots of noise upstairs. I didn't know how well noise cancelling for this price point works, but it's been amazing.
One thing to note is that listening to music with noise-cancelling off is incredibly substandard sound. You need the feature on for good sound.

Seagate was the other brand I use to own. WD and Lacie have been my go-to's for photography and film, and WD has never let me down with any type of failure *knock on wood*.
USB3 is fairly quick, and I'm looking forward to the next iteration of USB4.
For Mac users, Chronosync is a great tool to backup your drives, and WD works well.

Did you check the other computer to see if it had the software needed to open the file?
