From executive producer Tom Hanks, the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers tells the story of a collection of soldiers from the 506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Armed Forces, also known as "Easy Company", during World War II. The ten-episode story spans from 1942 during the group's training to the conclusion of fighting in Europe, and focuses on the experiences and tribulations of the individuals fighting for the Stars and Stripes in addition to important events such as D-Day and the liberation of Holocaust survivors. The series features stars including Damian Lewis (Homeland), Ron Livingston (Office Space), Donnie Wahlberg and Michael Fassbender.

The Insignia Optical/ Coaxial Digital to Analog Converter saved me over $300+. Here’s how: I own an older 5.1 audio system and recently bought a new 4K HDTV which doesn’t have / support RCA red & white audio without going optical cable out from tv through this device to the stereo. I researched this product online and bought it along with a 4 ft optical cable. Everything works great. Only reason I give it four stars instead of five is due to using multiple remotes to switch sources for audio to work.

This version of Spartacus is very good. I ordered this one recently after owning the criterion dvd version for the extras years ago. The video and audio are from a very good source transfer and the packaging is excellent. I gave it four stars only due to the criterion blu ray being available with more detail and for the work (restoration) that was done to clean up any debris from the gate / original source transfer (digitization) along with the abundance of extras. Enjoy Kirk Douglas in one of his best and most known / quotable roles.

Peter Jackson hit it out of the park and set up fans of Tolkien’s middle earth work to cheer for the big screen. The audio (score and sound effects), crisp picture and wonderfully compelling storylines weave textures through multiple themes. This 15 disc Deluxe edition blu ray box set is by far my favorite film trilogy adapted from literature. Enjoy in 5.1 or 7.1 surround, in multiple languages, closed captioning or in Director mode. There’s something to learn with each viewing.

She must contact MM as her controlling new spouse is more than she can handle. He is led on a fishing expedition and is in store for a shark tale of his own.
