So far so good, my only thing is you can’t get a hold of customer service for the specific company. It seems like when you want to ask questions you’ve gotta go to the customer form and blogs & that part is frustrating especially for the money spent. It’s a very detailed scale and they do offer a yearly or monthly subscription for other things to go beyond for your health journey. My overall rating is for the scale.

I love the scale but this particular one I exchange because it kept reading inconclusive heart rate and no reading for vascular age. I tried every trouble shooting thing. It was an hit or miss. Then husband tells me it was happening to him. We had this scale for almost 2 yrs. So we exchanged it for the supposedly better one. Which I don’t understand when she told me that because this white one was the best one you could buy $499 but when exchanging it she said mine was no longer available and this now black one body scan was the best one newer model. I had to pay a $24 dollar plus tax different. I’ve looked everywhere and I don’t see anything to why my new black one is upgrade. I’m thinkng because there was a price discrepancy she probably just told me it was an upgraded one so she didn’t have to figure out the even exchange. Another thing she said this black one doesn’t come in white. So of course with Withings you can ever speak to a real person so I’m going to have to assume this one again for $499 is a better upgraded one. Even though they’re the same price. So all in all I love the scale and hope this one stays consistent on all my readings and pray they get better customer service especially the cost of this scale.

You will not be helped with tech support

The ONLY thing good is a long battery! If you have a notification problem dont hold your breath they will only read you the cue card answers that google supplies their techs with. After that, the techs say someone will contact you and it never happens. I’ve sent pictures of my iphone settings to fitbit that they asked me to do and its been over a month and nothing. Same ole cue card answer. It doesn’t matter what fitbit I own this is the normal response when randomly text stop coming to the phone. I noticed since fitbit sold company to google the supoort is bad. After yrs of owning Fitbits with round and round no conclusions or fixes & I just having to buy the next newest one for a quick fix. This is probably why fitbit has told best buy NOT to allow customers to buy the extended warranty says something. I finally went back to an Apple watch and love it!

Love everything and still learning things on youtube. The only con is the battery having to charge is every 24 hrs. I know I can put it on the charger every evening but I like the sleep function. I follow youtube videos also telling me how to save battery but still need to charge then. I will say it charges very fast. I can have full battery within 35 40 mins. Another thing to know if you buy the bumper that fits snuggly over the watch face. The charging is compromised because its partially in the way. So you have to take off straps remove the bumper and charge it. If yoh have bumper that just clips over face screen then the charging is ok. Its the bumpers that have to be fitted in and pulled over hugging it where the back lip is around the back circle. Those aren’t great. I had the fitst apple watch years ago then became a fitbit user for years. With that Company Google now fitbit has failed in customer service, so I now have a new Apple 8 and I LOVE IT over all!

This is my 4th fitbit over the years

I just got this versa 4 because my versa 2 stopped text messages. Yes I tried everything for hours and even followed you tube videos, still wont get text. Ive turned off Bluetooth, forget this device, shut down, updated versa right out of box, phone is updated, of course notifications are all on. Every Fitbit trouble shoot I DID. This happened with my first versa as well, so I bought the next versa 2. The first one did send text for a bit then stopped. Then after having Versa 2 the text stopped again, now versa 4 & nothing at all cant even get it to work. Im starting to think its only a feature for android and they let you think its for both. Alot of complaints about notifications I’ve read its so disappointing, Its probably going back.

Will the geek squad install?
According to my Best Buy they said they do not install any iPad zagg screen protectors they only do phones. And they do not replace them through warranty either they only replace through warranty the phones in store. if you want your iPad ZAGG replaced you have to go online and register your purchase and they will take care of your warranty.

Since the Roku streambar does not come with the remote with the private headphone jack can I pair a Roku remote that does have the headphone jack to the stream bar?

The ultra Roku with the headphone Jack for one room and this one the streaming bar for another & I just tried using headphone Jack remote on the stream bar Roku and it didn’t work with it. Maybe some where it could be programmed, call Roku but for now that’s what I found.
