Bought this cable modem so that I could return the one that I was using to Comcast and save myself the monthly rental fee that Comcast was charging me. Hooked it up, Comcast automatically "saw" a new device, obtained the MAC address, and it has been working just great. Could not have been easier.

I would not think that the ink cartridge would even fit in an HP printer since it a proprietary cartridge for an Epson printer. So I guess the simple answer to your inquiry would be no.

This device comes with an attached cable that connects to the coaxial connector on your TV. Go to your settings, select antenna, scan for channels and you're done and set to go.

Depends entirely on your location. I am using one in a walk out basement and it is performing very well.

Will I have to disconnect the dish network for this product to work?

No, you will just have to set your TV settings for either over the air(antenna) or cable. A change in the settings will be required each time you change from one to the other.
