Alexa controls our lights, av equipment and the thermostat.
The dot can seemingly hear much better than the regular Echo. This dot will often respond instead of the Echo I’m sitting right next to.
The speaker is horrible. If you are thinking of using this for music, I strongly suggest some type of speaker/amplifier to use in addition. It sounds worse than a tin can.
I’ve also learned more is not always better. We have a small house and actually had to reduce the number of ‘Alexas’. If a distant one responded to a request to turn a light on or off, it typically wouldn’t happen. We have to talk to it quieter so only the closest one hears and then we have no issues.

This album has a great flow throughout. I’m not a huge Death From Above 1978 fan, but this album sells me over and over again. Nice and heavy with a Punk/alt twist.
