The Pixtor line exceeds the requirements and probably even the capability of my camera (Sony RX100). Still it was on sale for a better price than the comparably-sized, lower performance tier model. Always look for the sales!

I wish there were more speaker stands for my Denon Heos 3s. The Sanus wins by default. As in there's not much out there that are reasonably priced and will hold a set of 5lb speakers.
Heos 3s are analagous to Sonos 3s. It would be nice for them to be a little higher up. And would be nice for the stands to have a slightly wider pole diameter. And maybe a slightly better way to hold them in place. Right now they're about 40" off the floor, pointing a little downwards owing to the barely-handle-the-weight of the stands. And they're held in place basically by the tension of the backplate screw. No other bracket or platform.

I still find use for iPods. For one they don't drain my phone's battery. Secondly, I'm a little less paranoid about leaving it on my desk or plugged into a speaker system than I would my phone. At any rate, it's a nice little thing. Maybe too little for my paws. But it's large enough to comfortably navigate the touchscreen. The radio is a nice touch (though you need headphones in to work as an antenna).

The only issue I have with this is the AC cord (outlet to brick) is very cumbersome. I know that silicone feels neat and all but its thickness and resistance to bending makes it a real headache to wrap up. Still, it's Apple-branded so, theoretically, you're not going to be surprised by any out of spec issues.

I needed a device to allow wireless casting from an iOS device to our conference room TVs. Obviously the Apple TV is perfect. And the Apple TV 3rd gen is even moreso. 70 bucks is a good pricepoint. I wish Apple hadn't pulled this model off the shelf.

Denon - HEOS 3 Wireless Speaker - Black

I haven't played with any Sonos but given the quirks of the Denon HEOS, I don't think I really need to be hands on. The sound of the Denons are, I think, way better. They're not more impressive but more balanced. The downside is the finickiness in the initial speaker setup and the supported formats and streaming services. Basically HEOS is nowhere near as Apple friendly as Sonos. As far as I can tell HEOS does not support ALAC or AIFF. Also HEOS requires DLNA to stream music from your computer. DLNA is not a Mac thing.
I can't vouch for the Sonos on this part but I can say that the HEOS has been a little bit twitchy. Losing speaker connectivity spontaneously. Losing speaker access when ungrouping rooms. None of it was insurmountable but it's a little too hands-on for me to recommend to someone not tech oriented.
I have to be honest in closing: The massive price cuts made the HEOS purchase a no-brainer. Were it not for that I'd probably still be agonizing over which Sonos pairs to get.

I lost the unifying receiver, does it sell alone?
You can hunt down replacement receivers on Amazon and the like. Difficult to impossible through Logitech. Be prepared though. It's about 11-15 bucks for the receiver alone. If that's galling, I guess you could buy their cheapest Unifying mouse just for the receiver.

Is this a wet/dry vac or only dry?
I'd say dry only. There's only a filter bag between the nozzle and the motor. If you tried sucking up water, you'd be soaking the motor down in no time flat.
