These cameras can tilt and give a very good picture. I was disappointed that there didn't seem to be a web interface for viewing the camera. I called Belkin customer service and they told me the camera can only be viewed from the app.

Great small design (some smart watches are too large). Holds it charge for two days plus and charges quickly (like an hour or so). Easily synchs with my phone.
Allows me to read texts and emails and see who is calling me without grabbing my phone.
Nice looking, comfortable and easy to use.
The activity tracker is awesome. I set up Samsung Pay which works everywhere.
Easy to read whether in sunlight or in the dark.

I have used several security cameras. Without a doubt this one is the easiest to set up. It works great. Good quality images, great at alerting you to motion, etc.
Only a few weaknesses, you can't pan and tilt like on some other more complicated cameras. Also if you use several of these cameras, you can only view one at time.
For someone wanting a great security camera and zero hassle with setup, this one is for you.
