These served their purpose for hooking up a Blu-ray DVD, satellite box and TV to a Yamaha RX-V377 A/V receiver. They simplify hook-up and alleviate the rattlesnake's nest of wires usually common with multiple components.

This A/V receiver was purchased to replace old system at my dad's house. Set up was somewhat tricky even using HDMI cables for Blu-ray DVD, satellite box and TV. Sound is what I expected from Yamaha through a pair of Klipsch Heresy front speakers. Will be adding better surround speakers in future.

A better effort than his previous offering. I am still a bit disappointed in the music. However, I remain a fan of his from back in the 70's. There are some good insights into his philosophy of life in the liner notes.

I need speakers for a new Dell computer. What do you have that are not too expensive?
I am on my 2nd set of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speaker system for $150 at Best Buy. IMHO you can't get a better sound reproduction system for the $. 1st system lasted 10 years.

Where is the power switch. They won't turn off
Unfortunately, there is no power switch. I bought a power strip with a switch and plugged it into it for powering off. The previous model had a power switch. Why Klipsch chose not to put one on it is a mystery.

Do I need a receiver ?
No. The system is self-powered. Connection is via 3.5mm male-to-male plugged cord that comes with the system.

No. The system works from 3.5mm headphone jack.

Klipsch is introducing a model with Bluetooth. This particular model can be attached to your iPhone with 3.5mm male-to-male cord from headphone jack on phone.
