What's great about it: Nice musicianship
What's not so great: No real "ear catchers"
I am familiar with Susan Tedeschi and her husband Derek Trucks (Allman Brothers Band). A bit disappointed in the lack of some "killer" tracks as I expected to hear. Still a decent CD. Great blues/slide guitar work.

I replaced the stock sound system in my '03 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab that has a rear hookup for USB. Turns out the Pioneer unit I bought came with a USB cable, so I did not need this. The Geek Squad people at Best Buy advised me of the unnecessary purchase and refunded my money. Very pleased with products and services I get at Best Buy.

Replaced the stock system in my '03 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab including all speakers. These are for the rear and sound decent. Glad I replaced the stock speakers, as these have a better frequency response range.

What's great about it: Good Price, Attractive Display
What's not so great: Difficult to navigate, Dimmer Useless/Non-funtional
I replaced the stock system in my '03 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab with this unit. I am pleased with the sound, but navigating the different functions can be a bit difficult/confusing. It has a dimmer on it to lower the display at night, but unfortunately it does not seem to make a difference in brightness. Somewhat of a headache in nighttime driving conditions. Had Geek Squad install the unit and the tech was helpful in instructing me on how to use the unit. He corrected the wiring harness that was recommended online and actually saved me some money. It took less time to install than originally estimated, which sped up my day for other errands I needed to accomplish that day.

I need speakers for a new Dell computer. What do you have that are not too expensive?
I am on my 2nd set of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speaker system for $150 at Best Buy. IMHO you can't get a better sound reproduction system for the $. 1st system lasted 10 years.

Where is the power switch. They won't turn off
Unfortunately, there is no power switch. I bought a power strip with a switch and plugged it into it for powering off. The previous model had a power switch. Why Klipsch chose not to put one on it is a mystery.

If your TV has a 3.5mm headphone jack, it will work.

Do I need a receiver ?
No. The system is self-powered. Connection is via 3.5mm male-to-male plugged cord that comes with the system.

No. The system works from 3.5mm headphone jack.

Klipsch is introducing a model with Bluetooth. This particular model can be attached to your iPhone with 3.5mm male-to-male cord from headphone jack on phone.
