I use it at work all the time. I bought this for home use for school for my daughter and it will not set up with the directions I was given. I can not get Microsoft to assist me and geek squad has not been helpful with it either.

I attached this to my dash as instructed and the suction cup piece broke from the frame. When I took it back to show them the associate just looked at me and asked "what do you want me to do about it?" I explained it only lasted 20 days and it was actually only attached 16 days. I got the good ole sorry but there is no return policy for this product. Sadly this is the first time I ever experienced this non nonchalant, whatever kind of a response from a Best Buy Associate. I was so taken back by it I couldn't even go to the manager in case I was to get the same response from him. So I ate the $32.00 and chalked it up to "don't buy from there anymore. I wouldn't recommend this product though. It really does not work well at all. The magnetism device in it though is outstanding, if they could only get the rest of it to work

I like everything about it with the exception of the speakers. I got all the cords and cables expressly suggested by best buy. The picture is perfect and there is no catch up with picture for fast action movies. The sound however is not near what they said it would be. I hooked up the fiber optic cable as suggested and it still fades in and out. After I hooked up to the BOSE it never does this fading. But all in all it is still a great LED HD SMART TV.

Phone was knocked off the counter and the shield did exactly what it was intended to do. Had to buy another one obviously, but didn't have to pay to get screen replaced.

I am having problem with Intel graphic drivers. After update i am experiencing horizontal lines across screen. i had to roll back driver to Microsoft basic drivers. Bought laptop 5 day ago ( 04/17/16) I was wondering anyone having same probem
I had to update in Safe Mode and it worked fine after that. Restart in normal mode after update.

The depth of the stand is 14.5" would a mantel of 8.25" deep support this stand and TV?
Yes it does. I have it on mine but my mantle has been reinforced to support the weight. It is still a heavy TV.
